The roots of Samia Pizza have always been deeply planted in the Gary community. We began selling small pizzas from our different gas stations in town, but the popularity and love for our food grew, leading us to create our own pizza restaurant.
Our family-owned restaurant is unique on many levels. I’m pretty sure that the sauce used for the pizza was changed, no where near as good as before, it’s tart. We were so lucky to get the last broken pieces of French fries in the bag with our meal. The cost of the family deal increased. I wish that the way that restaurants open and gain customers with quality food would remain the same. I don’t mind the increase but the food quality changing is upsetting.

I was going to spend well over $200 at this place but they never picked up their phone. Instead of going to a local business I ended up going to Domino’s. This is why businesses in Gary don’t workout y’all don’t have the drive to succeed.
