Ordered our ice cream and wanted to eat inside. There were chairs all along the walls but NO TABLES. They tables were stacked in a corner. It was 2 pm on a hot humid afternoon!! We asked if we could get a table and the girl said she had to ask. The other girl knodded her head NO. NEEDLESS TO SAY WE SAT ON THE CHAIRS BY THE WALL. Ridiculous!!

It was clean..but also pretty busy. The wait was a little long but not to bad..Ice cream was good but I didn’t enjoy the shake.. but if I’m ever back in town here I would definitely return.

There were 4 guys working in there, and only 1 were wearing gloves. I had to ask the young man who was helping me to put on gloves. Then another guy came from the back rubbing his nose with the inside of his palm and actually went to pass the guy that was helping me my waffle cone, which he touched with his bare hands, I told him that I didn’t want that one he touched with no gloves, then the guy helping me got the cone underneath that one and the un-gloved guy put the other one back as if anyone would or should want that. I will not be back.

Stopped by on a quiet Wednesday afternoon, but the experience was far from welcoming. The only employee working, a black young man, didn’t bother to greet me. Instead, he simply asked, “Are you ready to order?” in a flat, uninviting tone. When I responded with a “yes” after waiting for a couple of minutes, he just disappeared into the back. Ended up leaving without ordering. Not the kind of customer service I expect.

Pregnant. Walked in the rain to satisfy my violent craving for Coldstone. It seemed as though I was an inconvenience for the young boy that took my order. Cookie Doughnt You Want Some. I asked for extra cookie dough THREE times. Didn’t get the extra or caramel or chocolate and it was half way mixed up. Cried the whole way home after spending $53 on an order for me and my family. The young lady that was working was very friendly and at least had a smile on her face and the only reason I left a tip. I doordashed this exact order on Sunday 7/13 and when I tell you that was the best ice cream experience I’ve ever had. Major let down tonight

A disgusting experience. I ordered my ice cream and before giving it to me, the worker saw that there was a hair and he just buried it more so we wouldn’t see it. He saw that we noticed there was a hair and he still asked us, do you want me to make it again? Hell, of course, how do you think I was going to eat that? Disgusting place.
