Only downfall at this place…they only serve chips and salsa for your side with any entree, so fries, veggies, etc are all a up charge. They also charge extra for bbq and sour cream which really should come with the meals we got. So it’s weird getting a hamburger and having chips and salsa instead of fries. Other than that everything was delicious. The service was great and she was super helpful answering questions for us.

Had the pleasure of having dinner here last night. Something I have been wanting to do as this place was my childhood home. Had the pleasure of meeting Cassie who is the owner and operator. She was very gracious in listening to my stories. She also was clearing tables and serving meals. The food was amazing especially the enchiladas with the Baha sauce. Overall one of the best dining experiences I’ve had recently. Good food and good prices. Very clean and the cocktails were made perfectly.

We had a party of 8. Drinks and food came out in good time. The Bloody Mary drinks were delicious. Taco bowl, delicious. Salads, delicious. The Baja bowl was yummy. We enjoyed our picnic table lunch while others enjoyed the bar area.

Once in a great while you find a place where eveyone knows your name and it feels like your hanging out with family and friends. That is how it feels your first time at Salty Soul Kitchen! The owner Casey is an absolutely amazing, and classy, impressionable, free spirit with the coolest vibe you will ever meet!
Now the food is remarkable. The flavor profile of the Costal Steak Taco is unique and gives you more and more to love with every bite. The fresh cilantro and the sauce mixed with the flavor of perfectly cooked shredded steak is so good!!
The tuna nachos were also amazing! The Cajun fries are a must! When you visit and I know you will! Ask for these three stellar hits and try the rest!
I will return and often becuase this is some of the best food I have had in quite some time!!
Five Stars for amazing people, staff, and customers! Five Stars for great atmosphere and the most laid back vibe have felt in a decade or more!!

The server and food were great! Everything I ate was delicious and our server was amazing. We made reservations to view the Dunedin Christmas parade. The reservation is $150 and does not go toward your bill, we were told this was for a premium view of the parade. The table was not even on the same street as the parade, and there were plants and fixtures that blocked our view completely. I did try to politely address our concerns (after starting out stating we had no problem paying for the reservation, just wanted to bring up our concerns), but we were met with “I have been organizing this for 6 years and I have never had a complaint” and “Well we will not be refunding your reservation” after, again, I had stated we would gladly pay. Since my honest attempt to explain to management that we did not get what we were sold was completely dismissed, I unfortunately feel I should leave this review for others to read. I will attach pictures of what the view of the parade was from different seats at our table. Beware if you pay $150 on top of your bill for a view of the parade, there’s a good chance you will not see any part of it without standing up and moving towards the street, which you can do for free.

Came here for the first time with my lady for Valentine’s Day. Place was packed. We found a place to sit and were greeted immediately. No exaggeration on that. I wish I got the guys name but he was excellent. Food came out super quick and was delicious. We will absolutely be back.

Was in Dunedin for the Yankees/Blue Jays game, and scouted this gem while in the seats.
It within walking distance is the Blue Jays stadium. I was lucky enough to snag a public parking spot on a Tuesday around 3ish.
Didn’t know what to expect and was very impressed by the atmosphere, service and food options.
I posted up at the outside bar and the bartender (Bobby) was extremely friendly and guided me through the menu and Happy Hour options. I settled on the surf and turf sandwich, but in a friend wrap (suggested by the bartender) and it was really good. The only thing I’d change is getting a lime or lemon wedge with it. (That’s a personal preference, it was still very good.)
I also got the Beach Basket with the fish to go. That was also very very good.
The atmosphere and service was what stood out the most. Bobby was extremely approachable and helpful. The patrons were friendly and funny locals just chatting it up and being funny.
I have friends that live in the Tampa area and highly recommend it for their next date night. I’ll make sure if I am in town for a boys golf trip to visit again.

First time @ Salty Soul. Loved it! Great staff. I wish i knew the name of the gal who greeted us. (Owner)? Tall drink of water, and fabulous. Real Chill vibes. Had the Island BBQ Burger and (fries are great)! Thick jerk bacon a bit overseasoned. But LOVE this joint.

We arrived at 5:10 on Thursday March 20th. We got in quickly and our server was Holly. She was great and very friendly. The burger was cooked perfectly, I like mine more toward the done side and it was perfect. My wife’s burrito was excellent she said. The place isn’t huge but it was definitely a cool place for a quick meal. We were eating by 5:35. I recommend this little gem. Again I want to say Holly was great. The question is would I go back? Hell yes.

Lively area and atmosphere. Service was okay but the price for an appetizer I intended to bring back for my partner is ridiculous and absurd. I ordered surf and turf fries to share with a friend that was reasonably priced for quality and quantity that we even had to take leftovers home. Unfortunately, the disappointment was with the bourbon shrimp bites THE SAME PRICE AS THE SURF N TURF FRIES so i thought itd be the same in quantity and quality. The plantains are extremely small even pressed and even worst compared to the small shrimp. I cant believe this is $14.99 worth of food especially for a starter/appetizer. If you see my attached photo, it looks like a nearly finished meal right ? Wrong. Thats the entire appetizer. I have not eaten a single thing off of whats shown. Get anything else but this item.
