Apparently, this is how they prepare McDoubles now. Sauce is all over the buns, so you can’t even pick it up. Apparently, a medium fry is now a small. I don’t know if this is retaliation from the employees due to the lack of reading comprehension, because I corrected them on the simple spelling/annunciation of my name while taking my mobile order, or if they’re just actually incompetent at putting things together. Regardless the customer service today was awful.

world’s slowest mcdonald’s. we waited just about 30 minutes for our food. 3 other families have complained about missing food in drive through orders, curbside orders being at least 20 minutes late and another dining in family waited 25 minutes for their food. I feel bad for the employees but the situation remained unmanaged during our stay.

Clean resturaunt, no problems with staff.. there was a kid chewing gum behind the counter while taking orders, preparing orders, and I assume making the orders at some points. This is unsanitary, and very unprofessional. He couldn’t here me over him smacking his gum in my face. As far as i’ve known this is standard policy not to chew gum behind the counter. Please correct him, he’s a manager with blue curly hair and I belive his name was bretsen or brastion. Thanks! I will not be back after that.

Normally I have good experiences at this location but today there wasn’t even half filled for the kids fry no salt on the fries and we’re cool.no napkins I had to ask for some. I get it was a busier lunch but it just seemed like they weren’t trying today.

This McDonald’s tends to be pretty slow compared to the one in downtown Wausau. I also usually receive the worst assembled sandwiches from this one. This particular sandwich I opened as soon as I parked in the parking lot (lobby is always closed). After paying $3 something for a tiny double cheeseburger and extra now for mayo I don’t expect it to come out looking like this. At $15 an hour employees should care about their jobs and the results the customer sees. Hopefully changes can be made to this fast food joints final presentations.

For something so simple they can never make my iced coffee correct, especially when they charge extra for the syrup/cream cause WHAT THE YUCK IS THISSS!!! When I say extra, I mean EXTRAAAAA!! Yes, i’m picky about my coffee. Also, adding 2 ice cubes doesnt make it a iced coffee BTW
