Shoutout to Sarah at Jamba Juice for turning what should’ve been a quick smoothie run into an awkward experience. Nothing says “welcome” like being treated as an inconvenience for existing and ordering a drink. The eye rolls, the monotone responses, the general vibe of “I’d rather be anywhere else” really added a unique flavor to my smoothie. Customer service clearly isn’t her passion, and it shows. If you enjoy feeling like you’re bothering someone by giving them business, this is the place for you. Not to mention my order was wrong and I found a bug on my lid!

I’ll start off by saying, the smoothies were good. But the customer service was poor! I waited 45 min to get two small smoothies. Other people would come in and get their smoothies first. They completely forgot! Also, did not get a receipt to tell them what I ordered. I asked for a refund on one drink as I didn’t receive it, Jeanne, I think her name is, stated “we don’t do that”. Her attitude was poor and her work ethic was subpar at best. The other young lady was working very hard and clearly picking up the slack of her team member. Also, there was no air conditioning. It was scorching hot in there.
They had no paper towers in the bathroom. It looks like the floor has not been cleaned in ages. Jeanne made a comment about my child when my kid touched the counter at the cash register, “ooo germs”. And she pushed product to the side. My daughter was nowhere near the work space that is considered to be “clean”, with regulation for health.
Also, last time I checked, I thought you wear a uniform when you work. She was in pink sweats… I’m sorry but what happened to professionalism.

We were so excited to get this today ( 12/14/2025. We were sitting there for at least 10 minutes waiting for it to open. ( no big deal). Right before its about to open we look up through the window and saw the young man in there blow his nose, and wipe his nose with his bare hands and NOT wash his hands.
Yep, we left. No thank you.
Last time we were here, they were out of several mixes to make drinks we wanted too.
Thats the last time for us. That is gross.

Came in for my free birthday drink. I ordered the Orange-C Booster and also got a pretzel. They both tasted fresh and delicious. The employee that helped me was very nice. I will definitely be back again and soon.

This is the fourth time I have ordered Jamba Juice from this location on DoorDash to bring it to me at work for breakfast, and every time it was so chunky I couldn’t even drink it through a straw. I literally had to use a fork! And kept getting mouthfuls of unblended vitamin powder, it’s horrible! So I went off on the manager today on the phone and she sounded like a kid on the phone, who didn’t even know what to say when I discussed the issue with he. So I will not go to this Jamba Juice again because apparently it is ran by a bunch of kids that don’t even know how to use a blender! Way too expensive to just have to throw away and all four times now I’ve had to throw them away!

A week before yesterday I’d gone to Jamba to get 4 orders of oats and a Belgium waffle everything was great I ordered the girl working was sweet I paid sat down, at least 5-10 minutes later I was told they were completely out of oats and when I asked how long It’d take for me to be refunded another women who seemed to be of a higher ranking rudely dismissed me. I decided to give them another chance yesterday? I ordered just 1 order of oats on DoorDash, I received a call from my dasher telling me they were completely out and it’d take an hour for me to get my small order of oats. My thing is why advertise things that you never have? and have rude customer service at that. It doesn’t take much to be kind why work if you’re that bitter! Really hope this place goes under new management of something :/

I’ve been waiting weeks for them to have oatmeal and they still dont have it. I almost just want to assume they’re denying me because they’re lazy. They pick up the phone with an attitude. I was once charged 30+ dollars for them just to go in the back and tell me they didn’t have the contents to make it. Refunds take upwards of a buisness week.

It’s a pretty standard Jamba juice shop. Parking was easy pickin up the orders was easy and the people behind the counter were very nice. The store was clean as well and had a nice atmosphere.
The smoothies are a little bit more expensive than what I’m used to paying.
