After catching a movie nearby, we stumbled upon this place that offered lovely outdoor seating with a view of the park. Intrigued, we made the spontaneous decision to have dinner there. The outdoor space had a pleasant ambiance, and our waitress was friendly and helpful throughout the evening.

Apparently I have arrived within a couple of weeks of the grand opening. That being noted, Earnest was polite and friendly, as well as knowledgeable about the menu and very attentive. The decor is relaxing, the vibe is business casual. Started with a well prepared Manhattan. The clam chowder cup is a generous portion of tasty clams and potatoes. The fish and chips are served piping hot. The batter on the fish is light and crunchy with perfectly cooked fish encased within (try it with the malt vinegar), the chips were hot and crispy but the seasoning seemed overly salty. I also ordered a spicy tuna roll which seemed a little dry and not as spicy as expected. The ricotta cheesecake was a nice way to round out the meal. Overall a nice place for a good meal

My recent visit to Saltwater restaurant was an exceptional culinary experience! Their Lobster Special was truly exquisite. The presentation was stunning, and the succulent lobster left me craving more. The staff’s warm welcome and elegant ambiance completed this unforgettable dining experience. I can’t recommend Saltwater enough for seafood lovers!

I enjoyed the food- only complaint is that the Love Boat that cost 100$ came with 3 sushi rolls and some fish on the side. It was not worth the money, in my opinion. On the other hand, this place was SPOTLESS- because it just opened up. The decor is sooo enjoyable and service was amazing. Check out the menu and pricing to make sure you know exactly what you’re getting.

My partner and I came here for a date-night and absolutely loved it! We saw so many items that we wanted to try so that was what we did. The oysters were perfection, so clean and savory! The crab cake had a perfect sear and was a generous size with the most delicious little greens placed with it. We also had the spicy edamame that did not disappoint. Finally, we had a specialty sushi roll that I cannot remember the name of, maybe love on fire? Whatever the name, it was fantastic! Perfect size rolls wrapped in soy paper, and the fish was so “meaty” and flavorful. Oh yes, and we also had some truffle fries because we figured we needed some extra carbs to carry us through the evening and the little “boat-cut” of them with crispy outer edges absolutely hit the spot. We obviously had no room for desert, so we will definitely be back for that! We can’t wait to share this place with our friends and family. The decor was beautifully done as well, did not feel like we were in Rosemont Illinois. We obviously highly recommend!

Best restaurant in Rosemont hands down!! This spot is brand new and does not disappoint. We were impressed with all aspects from service to ambience to the food and drinks. The Sashimi was beautiful and very fresh. I personally love the shared Mediterranean plates options; all of which were delicious. You cannot visit without trying the pan roasted lobster….oh my gosh…what a surprise and delight. I’m so excited for our next visit. All of the dishes on the menu sound amazing!!

I had a great time here when I had a late night meal with my friend during Anime Central weekend. The service was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I like that they include gluten-free markings on their menu since my friend can’t consume foods with gluten due to health reasons. I enjoyed the sushi a bunch! Luckily, we missed the dinner crowd rush so our food came out fast. Water was refilled a lot

Fantastic experience overall! I am a regular traveler, and it was such a treat to find this place! Food was phenomenal (try the oyster tuna sashimi and the swordfish!), the service was attentive, and the restaurant was beautiful! Will definitely be back next time I’m in town!
