I highly recommend people try the Queso and Carrot cake here. So good and unlike anything you’ll get at any other restaurant in the area.
So many restaurants in the Denver Metro treat you like human cattle—rushing you through the meal, cramming tables into tight spaces, and making you feel like just another number. Saltgrass is the opposite. The dining room is open and welcoming, you’re never rushed, and the experience always feels special.
Every visit has been great, especially compared to other options in Parker. There’s no other steakhouse in town that’s as consistent or fresh—this place is hands-down the best.
The staff, specifically the manager, Tracy—who used to be my family’s favorite waitress here almost a decade ago, is particularly pleasant and wonderful on every visit we see her. I cannot tell you, how refreshing it is, to see a familiar and friendly face, at a restaurant for that span of time. It truly takes you back to an era gone by, and gives this restaurant a special touch.
If our visit ever has issues, she always addresses them with sincerity. The other managers are very professional and pleasant, too. But she stands out because she has gone above and beyond to remember my family, and always takes care of our concerns (if we had any) and makes each visit great.
The food lives up to its looks! The ribs, pork chops, mac and cheese, bread, salads, and soups are all as delicious as they appear in photos. And the steaks? Always top-notch. We’ve tried everything on the menu, and there’s not a single dish that skimps on quality—it all tastes homemade. Oh, and you have gotta try the carrot cake. There isn’t a bakery in a 100 miles that comes close to their carrot cake.
Saltgrass is one of the few restaurants I trust when traveling, but this location is our absolute favorite.
