Food was outstanding. I ordered the steak salad and it did not disappoint! The greens were fresh, the steak perfectly cooked and served promptly. My friend ordered a grilled chicken breast with broccoli. Outstanding dish and healthy to boot! Service was good.

We were a party of 12 got there at 7:30 and they told us we had to wait 2 hours. After waiting 1 and a half hours and watching the restaurant clear out and seeing an empty table that we could sit in just needing to be cleaned. We went up to the employees which 4 of them were just talking by the entrance and we told them we’ve been waiting for a long time and we wanted to be served. They told us we still had to wait an hour and we informed them of the empty table and they did nothing of the matter causing me and my family to leave with no service since by the time they wanted to seat us they would already be closed. They were also making fun of me and my family because of the fact that we still had to wait.

Salt grass never fails me this Laredo chicken first time trying it was amazing. The flavors came all together beautifully you guys gotta try it out. And the filet mignon with grilled shrimp, smothered with mushrooms and onions was to die for. Great job on the menu Saltgrass.

This Saltgrass location is always outstanding! From the delicious food to the consistently top-notch service, every visit is a great experience. The manager, Brad Dowell, truly goes above and beyond. He’s always out on the floor talking with customers, making sure everyone is happy, and ensuring his team is set up for success. It’s clear he cares about both his staff and the guests. We both had Pat’s ribeye 16oz BP and salad. We get the large, because we know we won’t finish it and its dinner or lunch the next day and still just as good. Our steaks this time had a real smokey/ charcoal flavor to them. WONDERFUL. Our waitress seemed a little new, but was wonderful and very attentive to us. Veronica even checked by on us as one of the managers on duty.

Went in for after Valentine’s dinner. Baked potato soup wasn’t very good and neither was the Caesar salad. Burger was cooked good and my partner’s steak was cooked medium rare when asked for medium. Way too busy in there to ask for someone to come over to the table. Told them about the issues, didn’t offer to take anything off the bill.
