We love going to Bonefish Grill, and surely felt that the one in Savannah would become our favorite, but overall it wasn’t. My Chilean Sea Bass fish, which I expected to be flaky and tender was just the opposite. I really couldn’t tell if it was over cooked or undercooked, but I can tell you that it was a bit rubbery. I believe as far as fish prices are concerned, on their menu, it was the most expensive, but it didn’t taste expensive at all (if there is such a thing as expensive having a taste). My wife ordered the more economically priced Rainbow Trout, which she said was okay. The Crispy Brussel Sprout was very flavorful, but slightly undercooked. The other items/aspects of our meal were just okay.

It’s been over a year since I had the most appalling experience I’ve ever encountered at a restaurant. While trying to enjoy what should’ve been a simple dinner, I bit down on something sharp and hard in my salmon — a metal **screw**. At first, I thought it might be a bone, but unfortunately, it was far worse. After chewing and swallowing a bit, I realized something was seriously wrong. I spit the rest out and found the screw lodged in the food.
I was understandably furious, but I kept my composure and calmly got the attention of the waitress. She, along with the manager, handled the situation professionally — no complaints there. The **real disgrace** began the moment corporate got involved.
I immediately sought medical attention, as advised by both the doctor and dentist, to ensure I hadn’t ingested something dangerous. When I reached out to corporate, their idea of “support” was a pathetic $75 gift card — as if that even begins to cover medical costs or the trauma of swallowing a screw. When I made it clear I was only asking them to cover my doctor bills, their dismissive response was, *“Oh, I guess the $75 gift card isn’t enough for you.”*
That level of indifference is not only insulting, it’s a slap in the face to anyone who expects basic human decency from a company after a serious health hazard. I’ve spent over a year chasing answers, getting nothing but the runaround from a corporate office that clearly doesn’t give a damn about its customers once the check clears.
Now, thanks to their complete lack of accountability, I’m being forced to seek legal action — something that could’ve been avoided if they had shown an ounce of responsibility. This company has proven itself to be careless, tone-deaf, and completely unworthy of consumer trust.

We had an awesome time at the bonefish wine dinner. Great atmosphere brought to you by Max and Akiela. They were great. I feel like the service could be slightly better. They should already have a water glass filled at the table instead of asking for one. Additionally, they only served bread to just over half the tables. However Max and Akiela brought the entertainment value. However improvements could be had.

The Wahoo was amazing. And our server, Hunter, was 100 out of 10. He gave so much attention and expertise to our experience. I absolutely recommend Bonefish (and Hunter) to anyone wanting a great dinner experience.

The Bonefish Grill conveniently located in Savannah, GA is an overall a great place to eat. We really enjoyed our early dinner. It could have been better but it was the best meal that we ate on our trip to Savannah. We do recommend this location. They have plenty of plenty of parking.

We went into the bonefish Grill because it’s reviews were pretty good. Highlight of our meal was our server. She was fabulous. The restaurant wasn’t too busy, we ordered lobster for one meal and grilled mahi and shrimp for the other. The lobster was done pretty well, The sides were OK. The mahi was done exceptionally well., The shrimp was just slightly overcooked, but the seasoning more than made up for that. The food overall was very good. Service was very good and we would recommend this place to anybody. Who’s in the area looking for a reasonable meal prepared well with good service.

I’m not sure if we went on a bad day during Dr. Martin Luther King holiday weekend but the service was pretty bad. The table kept falling apart landing on my knees multiple times, my mother glad which she drank out of not noticing was cracked down the entire side which I brought to their attention. The food was cold. We were being patient but it was beyond a disappointment at this location on this day. Really bad

Have been to Bonefish several times a year for the past 2 years. Just experienced the BEST meal ever there. Had the mixed seafood grill and it was exceptional. Our server was Mary Frances and she could not have been more pleasant or professional, and helped to make our evening that much more special and enjoyable!
