We went here for the first time for date night.
Service was great and the food was also great.
We had left overs and took that to go.
The next day, I warmed up my left overs and was cutting into it and found PLASTIC of some sort inside of my country fried steak(inside the meat not the batter). Even though I had over half of it, I decided to just toss it out to be safe. Picture included

The salad and the Jack and Cokes were excellent. Even the baked potato, butter only was good. HOWEVER the 12 oz ribeye was inexcusably horrible. Firm believer in 7 minutes a side to a perfect 145 medium. This steak was 10-12 on one side to being burnt to 2-3 on the other side. Not to mention the cut, maybe 3/8 of an inch. East coast cut.

Not sure if every part of this review would’ve been 5 stars if it weren’t for our amazing waiter, Garrison. He was clearly busy but under control. Made sure our food was up to par, fresh and exactly how we wanted it. Very kind and well at making small conversation while taking our orders. Truly made the experience. 🙂

I came here on Mother’s Day (party of 2) offered a 45 min wait before seating without reservation (completely understandable). I went here with my boyfriend on December 30th, 2025. I usually go here every year on my birthday, but this last time I went will be the last time. The food was okay, but it was the waiter that gave us a horrible experience. To this day, I am still wondering why he was incredibly rude towards us. I hate to not give a tip, but this is the one time in my life I felt so badly about how we were treated that I did not tip. The waiter did not give us his name, just walked up to us with a frown on his face in complete silence, gave us menus, then walked off without saying anything. He then came back to ask, “what do you want to drink?” After we ordered our drinks, they were delivered to our table promptly by someone else. The person that delivered our drinks was nice. The drinks were good. Then, the waiter came back to take our orders, then disappeared again. He never checked on us again until we were done eating. The entire time he was at our table or interacting with us, he spoke in a monotonous, annoyed voice with a frown on his face. We were very confused as to why he was so rude to us! He was nice to the other couple he was serving at the bar. He was actually being extremely kind to them, and then when he’d come back to our table… immediately frowning again. I can’t wrap my head around why he acted that way towards us. Did he want to go home? Maybe he didn’t want more people in his section? It wasn’t busy. He had 3 tables tops. The hostess told us to sit there. If he had an issue, he could have just told us and we could have worked it out, rather than him giving us crappy service and attitude that we had to pay for. I would say his name but he didn’t say. He had two shiny rings on, he was black (sorry, just trying to describe him), and loudly exclaimed to his other customers that he has 10 kids. My filet (medium rare) was dry, but it looks like the photos, so I think that’s just how Saltgrass makes their steaks which is whatever, I guess. I’m just very upset about the server. I won’t be returning.

Came here with family to get a good steak, and was not disappointed. Kaitlyn was our waitress and she did a remarkable job. Although the place was packed, our drinks were never empty and the food came fast. I barely ever leave reviews, but the service and food are almost too good to be true. Get the range rattlers if you go.

Brandi was our waitress and she was incredible! I have a gluten intolerance and she was so great at accommodating me. She was also very knowledgeable about the ingredients in their menu that isn’t and is gluten safe. She took the initiative to get me some gluten free bread which was really delicious! I miss bread since being gluten free and this one did not disappoint. I was with a big group and she did everything perfectly! I will request her next time I go there!

Our first time at this restaurant, it was recommended by friends. We found a good atmosphere, our service was very good, our waitress, “H” was attentive and friendly. From plenty of options on the menu, I chose the chicken fried steak, baked potato and salad. As you can see from the picture, it’s a VERY generous portion. It was good, but a little too much breading for my personal preference. It was cooked very well, more than I could eat. Others ordered steaks and mentioned they were very tasty and well cooked, the ribs were also a good choice.
We’ll likely be going back, lots of choices to try. By the way, my frozen strawberry margarita was delicious. My friend ordered a Kentucky mule, he thought it was a good choice as well.

Service was excellent. Food was on point. I ordered the Rattler Bites, and the Petes 12 oz Ribeye. The steak was perfection in every bite. Also loved the Jameson Southside 45 it was excellent. We had a great visit and will definitely come back.

Bryce was our server and he was very friendly and provided great service.
The food was delicious, I had the pork chops in bourbon glaze with brussel sprouts and wedge salad. All of it was delicious.
