Wow!!! Everything was puurrrrfect !
I was scared cuz of the low reviews and I drove 20 minutes cuz I kept seeing ads on Facebook and I am completely satisfied. Customer service at the drive thru window was 10/10. I don’t know who that polite super helpful beautiful big girl was in the drivethru at 11:30pm at night but thank you for making sure everything I ordered was in the bag. She had excellent customer service And my food was well made with fresh ingredients. Location is sketchy tho at night cuz of the strip club attracting weirdos in the parking lot. A lot of police presence at night. Do not speed in this area at all. Saw like 8 police cars in 5 minutes. Delicious food … most likely it was a good crew that night as most places are hit and miss. But food here tasted better than Culvers.

I live in Pinellas County and there’s not a sonic anywhere around me so when I found this one across from the Jerry ulm dealership, I was thrilled. I did sit in the drive-through for 10 minutes. Totally worth it. By the way well Kevin (I believe that’s what he said his name was ) being the only person working the front handled every customer with poise professionalism, and he got us out of there as quickly as he could. He also covered my $.59 So I wouldn’t have to use my card! Shout out to Kevin at the sonic on North Dale Mabry you’re doing it right my guy!

Host – Miguel is going out of his way to provide great service. He came out to the car as the speaker was not working and took our order. He payed attention to our special request and even unlocked the restroom for us. Miguel delivered our food in no time flat. Great job!
Food – Chili dog made to order correctly. Tater Tots warm, not fresh. Chocolate shake, the bomb!
Appearance – Menu boards look dated, parking lot and restrooms clean.
Overall – Noting we pay for now days is worth it; everything is overpriced. For the price, Sonic value is still there. Food quality is good and the drive up concept is convenient.
Visit again – Yes, well keep Sonic on our list.

Disappointed to see this location going downhill. Staff clearly needs more support from the owner.
Last week I tried to go to this location and had to leave because the wait time was so long (30+ minutes for a single milkshake).
Yesterday, I tried submitting a mobile order to help with the wait time. I didn’t get my order (one drink and one milkshake) for almost an hour. I ended up going through the drive thru since clearly it wasn’t coming out to the mobile order pickup stall. The location didn’t even seem busy as there wasn’t very many cars in the parking lot!
Employees were screaming at each other and fighting to try and get orders done. They were trying their best, but it is clear they are under staffed or something is going on with how this location is managed.
Probably won’t be back for a while until these issues are fixed. There’s no reason for the wait times to be over an hour long for a small order.

This is only the 2nd time I’ve ever been to a Sonic (the other being in North Fl) and this was a MUCH better experience!! The food (even though I got the same thing) tasted nothing like before and the service was hands down better here. Kevin was very friendly (even when my fiancé kept asking for things). He had a good disposition even in the heat.

We went through the drive-thru and had the pleasure of getting Kiaunale on the headset. We were honestly a bit difficult and made quite a few changes to our order, but she was incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating. She made every adjustment without hesitation and kept such a pleasant, friendly tone the entire time. Experiences like this are so rare these days, especially in a drive-thru, and we just wanted to recognize and praise her excellent customer service. She truly made our visit a great one.

Tator tots were rock solid , chicken tenders were cold. Waited 15-20 minutes for a meal that wasn’t even edible. Definitely will never stop here again

I got up at 2 AM and threw it all up!
Woke up in the morning. I’m 100% fine.
I don’t wanna hear that it wasn’t sonic food that got me sick
I called a doctor I know and he told me it was definitely food poisoning
