We had an extremely disappointing experience at this P.F. Chang’s. The food was bad and the service made it even worse. Our server seemed drunk — he could barely stand straight while serving the food, which was shocking for any restaurant, let alone one inside Tyson’s Galleria.
We ordered the chicken lunch special, and the portions were ridiculously small for $15 per head. The chicken hot & sour soup was straight-up pathetic — extremely salty and tasted like it was just soy sauce dumped into broth.
The Kung Pao chicken was another disaster. The bowl had way more rice than chicken, and there were something like 10–15 dried chilies in there with barely any meat. My friends tried the vegetable spring rolls which were just “okay,” but the fried rice was an absolute overkill and not enjoyable at all.
Overall, the food wasn’t good, the value was terrible, and the service made the whole experience uncomfortable. Definitely not recommending this location to anyone and definitely not going back.

We ordered the main entrees to go. While the quality is good, the quantity is not (See photos). The food was barely enough and we were still hungry after the meals. I wonder if the traditional size is so small, how much would they serve if we ordered medium sized dishes.

We got lunch specials. 1 with chicken teriyaki and the other is firecracker shrimp. As appetizers we got veggie spring rolls. All were missing some taste for my thought. Panda Express or Sakura Japan better taste and cheaper. So here the quality is not matching with the prices.

The food was absolutely delicious – every dish was fresh and full of flavor, and the dessert was just as impressive. What really made our visit special was our server, Will. He was exceptional – friendly, attentive, and incredibly efficient. Service was quick, portions were generous, and Will even packed our leftovers with great care. Truly a memorable lunch. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful dining experience at P.F. Chang’s! Our waitress, Elliott, was informative, attentive, and so friendly. She knew the menu inside and out from the classic favorites to the new items and gave great recommendations.
Handling a table of eight (including four younger kids!) is no easy task, but Elliott did it effortlessly and with a smile. The new holiday Cranberry Cosmo was absolutely delicious a must-try!

Both were super attentive and we never had to ask for ANYTHING!!! Refills came before we were half done with drinks. Food came out super quick but was hot and tasted amazing. When you come, sit at the bar and enjoy the amazing service!!! Can’t wait to come back!!!!

The food was good as always!!! Gave good portions (shared amongst 5 people, mind you) and gave good service! I love our server, Fares. He was very attentive and took our order swiftly and with care, and even gave us an extra container after we had paid and were about to leave. He created an elevated experience and made our evening better! It was busy but we were able to be seating quickly, even though we arrived earlier than our reservation time. Very good service, very good food.
