Had a lovely dinner here tonight. The menu is seasonal, and this season’s vegetarian options were some of the best we’ve seen. Ordered the white bean spread, burrata and pickled tomatoes, goat cheese dumplings, and beets. Excellent drink menu as well. These are all small plates, but we found that four to share was plenty for the two of us. Service was also exemplary. Can’t wait to come back!

Nice menu with well prepared items offering unique combinations of flavors and ingredients. The lavender goat cheese brûlée— oh wow— Perfect! I was a bit worried at first that the goat cheese would impart an odd flavor profile—I was wrong. The texture was silky smooth and the creme portion was so light. There was just the right amount of lavender. Service is excellent and very friendly- also extremely fast. Drinks were very good.

A fancy restaurant that combines the ingredients and cooking skills all over the world. The food are all in small plates, and here I highly recommend the rabbit savory! Have never eaten that delicious meat like it! The calamari is also good! Not fully sure what they did but the outside tasted like salted egg yolk!

Very modern, cool, and unique place. Contemporary industrial decor and an extremely crazy menu full of things you’ll never see anywhere else. Small plates for sharing or eating a few. They recommend getting 2-3 plates per person. Veggie options as well as fish and meat. Everything is very small but packs a flavorful punch.

Ok, I’m not normally one for small plate restaurants, but this was a great experience. Alexandra (sp?) did an amazing job, she had insightful recommendations, was thoughtful and polite. I was there celebrating a double birthday meal, she really made it special. The food was really well crafted, the drinks were well considered, can’t recommend it enough.

We had Jordyn as our server and she was so fantastic. We had a wonderful experience at Salt for the first time and will totally be back. Just be careful if you’re vegetarian to double check that everything on the veggie section is also vegetarian because we totally both got meat sick because we forgot to ask about stuff. Regardless tho, absolutely delicious food amazing flavors and wonderful atmosphere!

I had high hopes for this place after seeing the menu and photos. They weren’t kidding about the small plates but I didn’t expect this tapas like place to take a long time to take out (and this ain’t Europe). Don’t come here on weekend nights and expect fast service. The vegetarian dishes, except the kalletes, weren’t up to par, making them overpriced for my taste. The meat and fish dishes are okay, but I find the lack of seasoning surprising and the flavors unmemorable.

Innovative flavors and combinations. Couple misses and I think the menu changes so I’d go back. Don’t go for the standard, I guess, beef, potato, they were ok but nothing special. The more specialty stuff was awesome (octopus, rabbit sausage, smoked yogurt.)

This was an excellent meal all around. Our server was Jordan and she was fantastic and made great menu recommendations. The cocktails and wine were high quality, and the food was unbelievable. Very flavorful and well balanced. They rotate their menu every 10 weeks. We will definitely be back!
