I order the bowl. It look amazing but when I ate it. Honestly it has no taste. The chicken taste so dry. It has no seasoning at all. I got charged extra for bell pepper veggie mix. It like they are trying to be a chipotle but the taste is no where to be found in the food. Custom service was good. But do better with the food.

We ordered catering for a birthday gathering for our son on 5/20. The food, as always was great, but the delivery service by Luke was above and beyond all expectations. This young man was so friendly, personable and professional providing the best service we have ever received! He deserves to be recognized for his outstanding service. The first year or 2 this place was opened, it was AMAZING!!! .(They haven’t been here long) But after the initial “Grand Opening” type thing, where everything’s perfect, I’m disappointed. They could do better w/ attention to care of ingredients, tho the ingredients themselves were fine.(HOT! should be served hot, cold should be COLD! & your burrito was made right in front of you!!!! Why is EVERYTHING! the same temperature?? And employee training: There is none apparent or obvious. Either the Company cut costs & shortcutted the food service process, or they cut costs and short cutted the team & training. If 5 Guys can do it, so can they… I only trust their chips & queso now

Don’t honor their reward for downloading the app. Food in most of the bins was old and dry. You can get better stuff elsewhere, they aren’t worth the possible food poisoning. Terrible customer service and just plain didn’t give a ####. Check out person cared more about if my order was to go and an if I wanted to add chips and a drink, than my issue with the reward…

Family of 4 walks in Sunday afternoon. Person takes 3 of the 4 orders then proceeds to work on 3 or 4 phone in orders before serving the 4th person in the group. This took about 8 minutes. Not long for sure but seriously who makes this kind of decision. The front end supervisor probably couldn’t manage their way out of a wet paper bag.

I like this restaurant but if only the food stayed hot longer than 5 minutes. I ordered food from here twice for my lunch during my break. I work only 6 minutes away and as soon as I get back to my office the food is cold. Both times. The chips and queso is the best thing there. If they can turn up the the station warmer a bit more to keep the food hot than of course I would give them 5 stars.
