The food at Salima Specialties was absolutely excellent! Every dish was full of rich flavor, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. You can really taste the freshness of the ingredients and the passion that goes into the cooking. The portions were generous, the spices were well-balanced, and everything tasted authentic and delicious. Definitely a place I’d love to visit again and highly recommend to anyone looking for great Pan-Asian halal food!

The best Halal Champa Vietnamese food in Seattle. Owner and staff are very friendly. Teh rice with beef brisket is great and I tried mamak Mee goreng spicy which has amazing flavor and perfect spices.

I love this place! My family and I order from door dash all the time and it’s the only take out food my mom eats ( short ribs are mouth watering). I decided to dine in solo and try the pho, I was in foodie heaven. The food looks and tastes fresh and presentation did not disappoint.

Excellent food! I’m confident this is one of the best halal options in Seattle. All of the food was excellent, but the beef short rib plate was delicious, flavorful, and filling. I would definitely come back if I was in the area. Service was quick and friendly. Plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. Highly recommend!

Salima’s Specialties is always a fantastic experience! Our go-to favorites are the short rib plate and chicken satay, which are both delicious. We’ve also tried the baked chicken plate and taro fries, which were great additions. For drinks, the hibiscus tea and mango lassi are always refreshing.
