Can employees at this Pizza Hut read and comprehend? Ordered stuffed crust, got delivered pan pizza. Ordered additional sauces, got none. So happy I paid more money for things I did not receive. Will not order from this location again. This is the third time this has happened.

Kitchen staff prepping pizza with no gloves on and touching face while prepping more then 1 pizza. Customer paying for their pizza at around 5:25 pm watched the staff touch cheese then put hands in mushrooms then set pizza aside, proceeded to grab another crust, put sauce on it, scratch beard while talking to another staff than place his hands in the cheese and mushrooms again. When requesting a refund we were told only a store credit of $15 was optional from store staff and manager Zachary who called from a no caller ID number. This was the Pizza Hut located on grand ave in Duluth, Mn

Friendly and good staff but the spicy pizza was not any different from the usual amount of hot pepper flakes everyone already had to pour on to make it taste like something.

Ordered a personal pizza box with a melt and Buffalo wings. Chose curbside. Waited outside for several mins while the employees stood around and chatted. I finally went in and when I was handed my receipt the employee stated “a tip is appreciated”. I did not tip him a cent. I got home and my wings were bbq not buffalo. I considered calling but chalked it up as an honest mistake. What was not a mistake is when I checked my bank account the amount debited was $20 more than the total! I can only assume they wrote over the crossed out portion of the slip and decided to tip themselves! How many others have they done that too without them noticing! Absolutely will never return. Not only was it dirty, employees lazy, they literally stole from me.

I spoke with a manager. They confirmed they tipped themselves $20 and refunded it. He said he would see who was working and speak with them. My order being incorrect was not addressed but he did apologize. I still will not order from here as there are dishonest people handling peoples money. ♀️

The order was fresh and hot. The food was superb and great tasting especially the new hot honey pizza. Also, the customer service by employee Blake Johnson was superb and it’s hard to find great employees and customer service nowadays. I would recommend the Pizza Hut on grand Avenue in Duluth, Minnesota to everyone for carryout & in Delivery.

Want to give a great review. We ordered 6 Large one topping pizzas, 4 double orders of bread sticks, and 2 different flavors of chicken 36 each. Ordered online before they were opened. our order was ready for pick up. You did a great job.

Triple treat box was literal trash. They put absolutely no sauce on the pizzas and they tasted like cardboard. Dog wouldn’t even eat it. They push triple treat box to you like a deal, it’s disgusting.
