Food was great! I don’t remember all the names, but everything we tried was good. The orange chicken wings were hands down the best thing I had here, definitely worth it. It was pretty slow when we went, which was nice, and the prices are really affordable too. They could work a little on the service though the guy wasn’t rude, but he just pointed us to a table. Maybe I’m nitpicking, but yeah, they definitely need to improve the service.

Fire I only had the wonton soup and cream cheese wontons but it was delicious. The wontons were lightly fried and the cream cheese had a hint of saltiness, which is a nice compliment to the dipping sauce. The soup had veggies in it, not all restaurants do that and it made a flavorful broth. Friendly staff. Would go back to try other dishes!

Hot and sour soup tastes like it is bathed in corn syrup to the point it just tastes like sugar. Orange chicken came with no sauce on chicken at all and tastes like oil. Never ordering again.

THE SPICY CHICKEN WINGS ARE WORTH THE VISIT!
I ordered to-go. I drove 5 minutes away and the food was still almost too hot to eat! It was amazing how fast they served me. Sesame chicken was crunchy which I prefer but it is hard to come by. It did lack some flavor though.

This is my favorite restaurant in Minneapolis. The owner is the sweetest and the food is the best! The spring rolls are my every time order, and I’ve ordered most of their menu now, and I’ve never been disappointed. Thank you so much!

Service is super quick and friendly. Wifi available upon request. Food is just so bland, from dry chicken and mediocre rice to not enough of a good sauce for flavor and only ok egg rolls. Prices are physically updated and higher on their menus, so may want to compare with in-person and online for value. Overall, really a bummer since it’s a nice and quiet spot with awesome employees.

Great customer service and the food is always on point! I’m not a vegetarian but their Fried Tofu always makes its way into my order.

Hi everyone,
My wife and I (vegans for seven years) just ate at the Lucky Dragon, next to Hard Times Cafe….wow.
Now, most spots that offer Vietnamese food and food like it, taste about the same. Lucky Dragon has VEGAN CREAM CHEESE WONTONS! These are very hard to find and they were delicious! The general Tso’s tofu, Amazing! But the crowning achievement that we had was their “Fried Tofu” now….sounds boring, it’s anything but! Combined with their house made chili oil, it’s divine.
Go in, tell em Youre vegan, they’ll take care of you. The staff is incredibly friendly, asked us how our food was, made recommendations, it’s a true mom and pop stop and I couldn’t recommend this place more. It’s criminal that we were the people in this place on a Saturday night. The food and service is amazing, I would love to have a vegan meet-up here and flood this place with vegans!

It was great to find a vietnamese restaurant that offers plenty of vegan options. Especially with the hard to find vegan cream cheese wantons. And the fried tofu is excellent.
