Be patient! Quite often, there are teenagers working the drive thru and cash register. They are new to the work world and don’t have many people skills just yet. We’re in a new era.. But! Aside from that, which a simply extension of mindfulness on their behalf (“hope you’re having a good day” or “you alright today?”) could go along way for them.

This place needs better management this is the second time I come to this place and they give me the wrong order the first time I had to throw my order away cuz I was already home. That was $10 wasted. I come here on the 11th of February ask for my order it took them three times and they still got it wrong the only thing that I will give credit to is the girls in the front it seems like they know how to do the work that they’re supposed to do unlike the people in the back,that call themselves the cookers. The individual called Mo was the one I gave my order to, explained clearly what I wanted & he repeated the order back. When you’re waiting more than 20 minutes and they still don’t get the order right after trying to correct it 2ce & still don’t get it right. Have to ask for your money back cause they simply don’t seem to understand,while your other food is getting cold. They need to be trained or just not work there @ all.Things @ this place has gone downhill very fast. Tamika and her coworkers in the front were very understanding and they explained it not once not twice but three times to the cooks of what I wanted and still they got it wrong, I don’t know whether they are paying attention or is it that they’re trying to leave early but it shouldn’t have to affect the customers if you can’t take the heat get out of the kitchen. Customer satisfaction is priority!! Money don’t come easy. Left aggravated w/ no food. What a horrible experience. Won’t be coming back & will call the ones in charge.

When this location opened I absolutely loved going there. The people were friendly. The order was always correct!! I was out of town for three months and returned and things seem altogether different! The order was wrong and there seems to be a different staff!! The food is still good when they get it right!

DEBIT CARD USERS BEWARE‼️ They told me that my card declined,which it could happen.I used it on 4 other transactions. So I payed them CASH. I checked my debit card and the Monies were deducted from my checking account.I brought it to the attention that the transaction went through. The young man was nasty and pretty much made it appear that I lied. If you have cash. Pay cash for their mediocre food. I Wish I took the time to visit Seafood Express & More on 17th &MLK Instead. I own and operate an inspection company. I’m placing them on my radar.

It’s “sort of” fast food cooked fresh upon ordering. It took several minutes to finally have our order taken. (In fact, it caused us to be late to our next stop) But when the food was ready in reasonable time, It was hot and truly savory!

Our food was very good that we ordered HOWEVER — . We asked for cocktail and tartar for the 20-piece shrimp plate. I asked for extra sauce for my gryo. She said I had to pay 1.00 each for the sauces. I went ahead and paid the dollar for the gyro sauce. Just then, my hubby said we only got one cocktail sauce. The package of cocktail was way smaller than the sauces at McDonalds! I asked for some more cocktail sauces. Those are 1.00 as well. I let them know I wasn’t happy. I just spent 30+ dollars on food, and you guys can’t give a reasonable amount of condiments for a 20 piece shrimp! They quickly snapped back at me, saying it’s the management’s rules. I said, “Whatever, just give me 5 of each.” After all that, we never got the gyro sauce we ordered and paid for. The staff there are usually very nice, but God forbid you ask them to do anything extra, and they turn on you with a major attitude. You know what attitude I’m talking about: LAZY and under-educated entitled people who think everything wrong in their life is somehow someone else’s fault. Their only power in this life is holding back the condiments. We’ve all been through it. I’m not saying I’ll never be back, but there is a restaurant that serves almost the same kind of food very close to home, And I quess that’s where my $30 is going – not to salems for a good long while.
