New management, new menu. Food is made from scratch and SO good. I’m vegetarian and they have lots of flavorful options. Favorites include buffalo cauliflower, grilled cheese with tomato jam and the flatbread pizzas. Great options for everyone including the drink menu. Happy hour can’t be beat!!

The pizzas are wood oven baked- right in your sight.
BBQ was tender and savory. Kids meals were large in proportions.
Mac and cheese – wow! Scrumptious. Chicken tenders are real meat not processed. Waffles and chicken were hot, tender and waffles were crisp but still tender.
Check their schedule before coming- they are closed two days off the week.
They were delicious and friendly service. Easy access, plenty of parking, relaxed atmosphere, family friendly. Kids love the animals. Nice bar – beer on tap.

The owner knows what the hell she is doing – everything was on point!!! The BBQ sauces were all very good and so complimentary to the smoked meats.
She graduated from the school of seasoning with high honors. From the dry dusting on the wings and French fries to the subtly sweet seasoning on the sweet potato waffle fries.
When they recommend the homemade carrot cake – Get it!!! Get it!! Get it!!!
The restaurant is clean, well appointed and decorated.

My wife and I went to Rusty Saw 2 times on our long weekend trip to Carp Lake, Mackinaw City. This place was awesome. Food and service were both top notch. Also prices were very reasonable for portions received. We will visit again next time we are up this way!

Went here for dinner after the lady at our hotel recommended it. Place wasn’t that busy when we got there, got seated right away. After looking at menus, I ordered the bbq pulled pork sandwich and asked for the coleslaw to be on the side and an order of onion rings. Husband got the Mac and cheese with brisket. Food came very quickly and hot. Wow, was it good!

This was our first time visiting. The interior was nice with lots of natural lighting. I had the BBQ ribs. Excellent, tender to the point that the meat slid off the bone and left the bone clean. A very good rub seasoning. I tried the chipotle and cherry BBQ sauce, both very good. The next time I go, I may try the brisket, pulled pork or one of their wood fired pizzas. The outside has a nice pond with a fountain with a bench to have a seat. There was also a fire pit. They host a car show at the beginning of summer and in October.

Stopped in for our very first visit about 4:00 on a Saturday afternoon. My husband and I decided to share an order of pulled pork nachos with cherry bbq sauce. Amazingly delicious! Our service was great, the owner was friendly and the atmosphere was perfectly rustic.
