As for the food, it certainly was not next level but we did enjoy what we had. He got the texas burger with fries and a banana shake, and I got the bleu cheese burger with pumpkin shake. The patty was surprisingly thin. I imagined it to be about double the thickness it actually was. The toppings really overtook the burger. I’d recommend getting a double; However, the downside of that is the singles are already fairly expensive plus they do not come with a side or a drink.
We both said we would go back for the service over the food. We really did like Rosana.
The burger? Insanely fresh. The produce was crisp, the fries were top-tier, and every bite was packed with flavor. I’ve had a lot of burgers in my life, but this one topped them all.
But what truly set this place apart was the heart behind it. We were given free Christian bracelets, a little Jesus figure, and a handwritten encouraging note—which I honestly really needed. That gesture meant more than words can express.
If you’re looking for great food and a place that feeds your soul, this is it. Can’t recommend it enough.
Their menu is excellent and offers a lot of adventurous craft options, but in order to get a good idea of the quality baseline, I went with the Patriot (a classic cheese burger with white American cheese, ketchup, mustard, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle), cooked medium. Their default recommendation is Med. Well, which after my first visit I endorse. My burger was so juicy still that the bottom bun got soggy a little too quickly. Could be because of the fat still rendering at Med, could be because it wasn’t rested long enough, that’s my only critique of the food quality itself.
Aside from that, the veg on the burger taste like they’re cut fresh daily, the seasoning in the patty is excellent, the buns were warm, buttery and toasted. It’s everything you want in a $15 burger.
The French fries are fried in beef tallow, perfectly salted, crispy on the outside and pillow-y on the inside.
All-in-all the food quality is really, really high and it’s not even up for debate. They know what they’re doing, and going the quality route is a winning business model. $15 burgers are steep, but I’m a believer that you get what you pay for.
4 Stars on atmosphere because I’m not a big fan of country music, but I couldn’t bring myself to give less than 5 stars on food and service quality.
If you’ve been on the fence about visiting, do it. It’s not just another burger place. Plus, it’s family owned. The girl that took our order and brought us our burgers also came by the table later to ask how everything was. All around a 10/10 experience!
