A bit disappointed in this after reading all the reviews.
We ordered the Buffalo chicken wrap.
The chicken breast was shredded and very dry (when you chewed it became mealy), the Buffalo sauce was over powering with vinegar. Would have been a better if the chicken wasn’t shredded causing it to become dried out & mealy.
Extremely salty overall taste and very wet not a creamy wrap option.
No napkins on the counter and no napkins on the tables. No recycling bin for the plastic container the wrap was served in. Would be nice to ditch the plastic container and opt for a plastic reusable basket with paper liner.
The place has a high take away volume vs in house dining.
The bathroom was subpar. Overall in house dining has a open cold vibe.
Overall prices are reasonable.
Be sure to include a beverage with your order the counter girl did not ask if we wanted one or at least offer a cup for water.
I would try it again for a salad option however I’ll pass on the wraps.

I tried Salad Kraze for the first time last week. The chicken salad wrap and tuna salad wrap were very good. It’s a great alternative to all the fast food restaurants in Avon and I don’t have to deal with as much traffic on Route 83. The staff is very competent and polite here as well.

As the coordinator of our district wellness team, lunch on wellness day is always a priority. The location has to be healthy, affordable, tasty, and willing to do a big order. I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed from the moment I walked in. The staff was extremely friendly and the customers made the experience even better believe it or not. One of the gentleman sitting at the tables walked me up to introduced me to the staff and made a point to express how much he loved this place. I completely understand why. The salads are very creative and handmade. I appreciated the open kitchen feel and the stuffed pepper soup was amazing. Way to hit a home run on the first impression, I will definitely be back. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who has not been here yet. Thanks again for the great experience!!

Used to love ordering this place for lunch while at work. Got my salad today with chicken that was still pink in the middle, not full cooked. Will never be back. Called the restaurant and was told their chicken tends to be pink and is cooked. I tried explaining the pieve I had wasn’t cooked all the way through and it was slimy and raw. They wanted to go back and forth and just said “we will check it” no offer of a refund, no offer to remake it. Just excuses about how their chicken is usually pink, and blew me off. I have worked in a kitchen for over 10 years I know what raw chicken looks and feels like.

I had a very unpleasant experience there. The staff member who took my order made me feel like I was a burden for asking questions about the menu. I wasn’t familiar with the soup options of the day, and the menu board text was too small for me to read comfortably due to eye issues.
Instead of receiving any patience or assistance, I was treated as though this inconvenience was entirely my problem and that I shouldn’t have asked for help. It was clear that extra clarification was not welcomed.
It’s unfortunate, because feeling unwelcome is not the impression any business should leave with its customers.

Picking up an order, older woman gave me an attitude about it. Threw the food at me at the counter. Teach your employees that delivery drivers are just doing their job like they are.

I like going to Salad Kraze for their fresh salads and soups. I love the Garden of Eaton. Do get their soups – I love their French onion which is super low carb. They usually run out, so you may want to get the soups a little earlier. The big salad is what my husband likes. Their house made ranch and Santa Fe dressing is incredible
