Jack and Ken’s Breakfast review took us to Springwater, NY to the South End Diner. Yes, it is in the middle of nowhere but it’s beautiful country and a really nice drive. The locals were super friendly and waitress Morgan was super nice, funny and on point. The restaurant was very clean and comfortable. I had the Breakfast Garbage Plate which is basically an Omlette with potato’s, onions, cheese and bacon covered with sausage gravy. Good portion and delicious. Ken had The Redneck Scramble. 2 eggs, hash browns, peppers and onions and ham covered with sausage gravy. He loved it. The hash was from a can but cooked crispy. Price was reasonable the folks were nice. Ken paid ahead for the next Veteran’s breakfast. If you’re not in a hurry and feel like a scenic drive, especially as the leaves turn, you can find a delicious breakfast at the South End Diner in beautiful Springwater, NY. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

South End Diner is exactly what a small, hometown diner should be. Everyone is so kind, and service is 2nd to none. The food may seem basic looking at their menu but make no mistake, it is amazing! They offered to fry my hashbrowns up with onions and I will never eat them any other way. I love this diner- if you’re passing through it’s a great spot!!!

1st time ever going here! I would highly recommend anyone stopping by and getting a bite to eat. My kids are picky eaters, my youngest child never holds still to eat any meal. She stayed at her table and she ate! My husband had the garbage plate, he said it was amazing! Also the meat sauce was phenomenal! Also when we called the woman who answered the phone was so nice. Was not rushing us to order or anything. If she was not sure on something she asked. So we did not get the wrong information!! Thank you for all you all do!

Nice little restaurant basically middle of no where. Mostly elderly patrons from what I have seen. Food is decent but could be a little better. Good looking blonde waitress was a plus.

Super cute place and the food was pretty good. My issue was with the service. Both waitresses swore quite a few times without any regard to the customers in the restaraunt. We had our young daughter with us. She got to hear all about the waitresses many bar escapades and all the swearing. Our food came out quickly which was nice. My husband asked for some hot sauce but never got any. The waitress was in too big of a hurry to get behind the counter to talk to the only other 2 customers in the place and look at her phone. Nice place , good food, not so great service

Cutest little diner with amazing service and amazing food. Hubby had the redneck scramble and I had the sausage gravy over a biscuit with some scrambled egg. Soooo good. And the coffee was great too! Highly recommend!
