The restaurant got a interior renovation since I last have been. And honestly, I feel it lost a lot of its charm with the new decor. They had a very authentic feel before but now it feels very westernized. We sat ourselves and immediately, I noticed that 10 minutes had went by before we were met with any service, which is understandable because we went on a very slow day. The food was great for the price, not somewhere I’d recommend if you’re very hungry though.

I think The server I met that day could have used a bit more menu knowledge, but otherwise she did a good job.

Sakura Ramen’s new spot is absolutely fantastic! The atmosphere is modern, cozy, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The staff are friendly and attentive, making sure everything is perfect. The ramen is just as amazing as ever rich broth, fresh noodles, and perfectly cooked toppings that show real care and consistency.

The new location has plenty of seating, fast service, and the same authentic flavors that made the original such a hit. Whether you’re craving a hearty bowl of tonkotsu, spicy miso, or their signature Sakura special, every bite is satisfying. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re nearby this place continues to set the bar for ramen in the area!

Had to give Sakura Ramen 5 stars across the board for exceeding my expectations. I was helped by Karina who is an excellent server and even recommended I try the chili oil with my ramen which she told me is made in house. Atmosphere was pleasant, good music, comfy seating and tv’s playing anime in the background. After a few minutes of watching YuGiOh GX, I was greeted with a beautiful bowl of Jingoku ramen. [Sorry no picture, ate it all before I thought of making this review] The aroma coming off the broth steam was heavenly. Lightly breaded chicken cooked to a perfect crisp served over a bed of noodles and veggies. The deep brown broth had a savory and revitalizing flavor. I added the chili oil that Karina recommended and it took the Jingoku to another level. Just the right amount of spicy flavor not too hot and not too mild, definitely recommend trying. Afterwards for dessert I had a Strawberry Taiyaki which id never had before but man it was amazing too! the strawberry filling was delicious and ice cream was fresh, they even topped it with a coconut powfer which was a nice touch. Overall amazing experience, authentic ramen, friendly staff and nice atmosphere.

Got boneless wings..as you can see it was terrible. They are just refried chicken nuggets. You can taste days old oil, the sauce taste just like butter, and the ramen was okay. Service was terrible.(she threw menús at us)

I will never patronize this establishment ever again. Just recently moved back in town and I used to love this place so I placed an order over the phone. I told the young man I wanted an order of Chicken Shoyu which as you can see on this image from their website is on the menu.

I get back to work find I was given some type of Pork Shoyu with a box of breaded chicken on the side that was beyond unappetizing, tasted like frozen chicken parm patties from Sams. Since I was at work I tried to soldier through it but after getting through a 1/4th of my food I decided I wanted an exchange or my 23$ that I was charged back.

I call the place and speak to the young man who says to pack up what is left and I will get a refund. I think fine, I’ll drive the 15 mins back and waste the rest of my lunch hour, whatever. Once I get there a manager comes over from China Wok and tells me they do not have chicken shoyu so I was given an order of Shoyu and a side of chicken. If you do not have chicken shoyu why is it still on your online menu?? She then only refunds me a portion of what I paid because I had eaten some of the ramen already.

If you’re going to be cheap and not fully refund an unsatisfied customer then that is up to you. However, do not tell the customer to waste his time and gas driving back to only partially refund them. Furthermore, don’t put the blame on the customer. Implying it is my fault because they “do not carry chicken shoyu anymore”, update your website then? When I ask her if they do not carry it then why didn’t the young man tell me that when I ordered on the phone? She then tries to shift the blame to the employee saying he is new and tried to create what I was asking for. Absolutely abysmal customer service from this manager to say the least.

Looking at the rest of the 1/5 rating on here and seeing a lack of responses from management you all you need to know. AVOID THIS PLACE! 0 attempt to improve customer service! The quality here in every aspect has gone down the drain.

Nice little Ramen spot on the east side. Drive from the West side and was worth the drive over. The crispy chicken buns were fire and I’m sad that was the only appetizer we got. I will be back to try half of them because they looked delicious! The Shoyu and The Sakura bowls were on point and the broth was super tasty. Definitely will be back to try again!

Loved the selection here. The sushi was good but not rolled the best and kind of fell apart while eating but if that doesn’t bother you. You will have a great time. The ramen was about the same in regard to how it tasted. Good but not great. I will definitely be stopping by if I’m in the area shopping. Service was good
