The staff was kind and accommodating. The food was exactly as expected. There were crowns all over that made the children very happy.
Some work was happening in the corner. Nothing too bothersome.
The play area has seen better days. This Burger King was clearly built in the 90s based on the decor. Overall a fine experience for middle of nowhere Virginia.

We stopped here on our way back home. This was one of the dirtiest places I’ve been into. After ordering we was told they were out of alot of drinks and they had No ice. The manager on duty was very rude and the workers were more worried about going outside to smoke. Also they did not wash their hands before cooking more food when they returned. Went into the bathroom and the sink and urinals looked like they haven’t been cleaned in months. In the dining room, tables were very dirty and food was on the floor. I can understand if your busy but we was the only one in the building. I will never stop at this place again. I will be contacting corporate.

Unfortunately, I visited Burger King today. I wish that I had not and may not return. I just visited again on April 23, 2021 at 8pm. Went through drive thru with 2 cars ahead of us and waited 17 minutes for 2 Double Cheeseburgers and a large fry. 3 ladies walking around front counter with no guests inside. Had to return the fries because they were about 100 degrees at best. It has gotten worse with each visit and did not get a receipt to call. No apology was offered for the extended wait. Should be 0 stars.

The people who took our order and served us were extremely friendly. However, there were several dirty tables when we arrived. I ended up wiping down our tables myself. We were missing items from our order when we got our food. The drink machine had no ice and all the beverages we tried out of the main soda machine were flat. My one daughter didn’t like the burger, because it was burnt. I ending up ordering more food because she didn’t want another one to try. I wouldn’t visit this Burger King again.

We were traveling and stopped at Burger King in Va. They were out of fries, Whooper Buns large burger patties. They said their truck delivery truck was late . Then we stopped at another one they only had 3 bags of fries left. It’s really bad out there trying to get anything.They are not the only places we had problems to get what you want to eat.we left the first B.k went to next exit where only 3bags of fries left.

Our food was cold. We had to go back to the counter several times. Two men were working and I believe one was being trained. We had stopped just for a quick bite while driving home. It turned into a 40 min stop.

Absolutely awful. Cashier was taking one order, waiting for it to be filled before he took the next. Waited 10min to order & then come to find out they’re out of onion rings. On top of that ridiculousness, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The toilet bowl looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. How this Burger King is still in business is beyond me.

Took forever to get my food yet it wasn’t even fresh. Employees looked sloppy & unclean, displayed no professionalism, and were not friendly. All visible parts of the back of the restaurant were dirty, and despite being slow, employees could not be bothered to even wipe up crumbs, throw away old fries and onion rings in the fry station, or clean up the trash on the floor. Literally watched the employee pick old onion rings out of the fresh fries to give to me.

This BK used to be a stellar restaurant in terms of fast food. The shift manager here was very polite. We discussed how since ownership has changed the place has gone down hill. So sad there used to be a jukebox, statues of Elvis, Marilyn Monroe and The Blues Brothers. Photos on the walls of 50’ Hollywood stars like Audrey Hepburn. A shame that it has gone so far down hill

It was terrible. It took a very long time to get someone to take our order. Order was wrong. When order was ready I asked for ketchup and mayo. No mayo. in serving packages. I ask could I have some in a disposable container from the back. The employee returns and said, sorry no mayo. That’s a lie because there was mayo. on my sandwich. The final thing was there was no napkins in the entire place. Hated my visit.
