I have come to this place countless times, and this review is WAY past due. Every time we come in we are greeted quickly and sat. The serving staff is always friendly and takes care of us. The food is GREAT. Every roll we have had is good. I highly recommend the volcano roll, beautiful girl and fuji roll. For drinks, get a jade buddha (buy one, get one free). There is a new menu out now with SO many options. Enjoy!

This was my second time here because the first got me craving it. Their signature rolls are really good! I highly recommend the saki roll, Hawaii roll, and Crunchy 2 in 1 roll. Their hibachi steak and shrimp are bomb the flavor and the yum yum sauce on the side Don’t forget to order their sweet dough with ice cream the service is very good as well.

I come to Saki so often i was shocked by the service tonight. We came at 8:45pm and double checked with the staff that the restaurant closed at 10pm, but the kitchen closed at 9:30pm so we’d have to get our orders in by then. Our server barely acknowledged us, despite us being apologetic about coming in later. So we couldn’t even place the orders we wanted to before 9:30pm. We also had our table full of dirty plates and had no room on the table, and then the servers who brought out food were very annoyed with us for not having room on the table. If they had told us they closed at 9:30pm we would’ve left but they reassured us they closed at 10pm yet were very annoyed with us the entire time. The food quality also was noticeably worse and the price has increased. I’m very frustrated by this experience, as I love this restaurant, but I don’t see myself coming back anytime soon after this experience.

Service was equally lackluster. My server was unfriendly and inattentive, leaving empty plates piled on our table and rarely checking in.
The only saving grace is the price. For an all-you-can-eat establishment, the value is decent, though it certainly doesn’t justify the mediocre quality.
If you are a sushi lover, I’d recommend exploring other options for a more satisfying and enjoyable dining experience.

I always enjoy coming here! The food is great and usually comes out fairly quickly. They even have a few desert options to choose from that are included with the all- you- can eat option. They have a large variety of drinks available but alcohol and non-alcoholic. It’s good for two people or a whole party.

I highly recommend. The staff is really attentive and willing to give you plenty you can eat. Just be warned, its truly bottomless and I walked out of there stuffed. I ate a habchi and sashimi as well as a few appetizers and well wow really good deal with price. It was delicious and the servers were more than attentive and very friendly as well. I definitely recommend.

We had a great time. Food was very good, fresh large portions! $21.99 per adult and my 8 year old was $5.99. Service was great! Food came quickly and waitstaff we’re friendly! If I lived closer I would be here all the time. So we’ve visited 3 times in the last 4 days and had a great time each day. Saturday night was busy so it took a little longer than the other visits but nothing like other reviewers claimed. My niece who lives in the area says that it’s way better than the other place she’s been going to. Genuinely love this place!

We went in and were immediately treated disrespectfully by the staff. The server sat us down but did not offer or bring drinks—we had to ask. When the food arrived, it made all of us sick and we ended up throwing up shortly after, which felt like food poisoning.
While we were unwell, a cup of water was accidentally spilled. The server then told us we were not allowed to order anything else until we finished the food that had made us sick. When we explained that we couldn’t, he made a rude comment saying that “your kind” always comes in, makes a mess, never tips, and is disrespectful.
He then kicked us out and told us never to come back. The entire experience was unprofessional, uncomfortable, and upsetting. Would not recommend.
