Horrible service. The workers shut down the restaurant to just chat in the front lobby where customers were able to see. It’s kinda sad once I asked how long they “wouldn’t be taking orders “ as the young lady said she just said I’m not sure. I understand it’s the day before Christmas Eve but if they weren’t going to do work or even shut down the lobby they should find employment they actually want to do. I saw 4 cars leave due to the lack of professionalism. Please reevaluate the customer service and find people who are capable to perform the duties of a job they applied for. I saw a patron get served shortly after telling me they won’t be taking orders where she said she was told they are only expecting mobile orders or DoorDash, which I was not informed at all and would’ve but known had it not been for the kind customer. I was hopping the interaction would lead me to change my review but it just only raised a question as to why I was told one thing and another customer something else.
Update: McDonalds replied with a “link” I was unable to access to try and I guess rectify the terrible service and then removed the reply. I don’t know why the comment disappeared but anyways all McDonalds offer the same food but what you like about your local McDonald is the convenience of location and kind staff the only positive here is location. But if ya need a bite there are multiple restaurants in the plaza that would be a much better option. The last thing people should be doing in this economy is paying for rude service.

This is probably one of the worst McDonald’s in MICHIGAN. They change different prices as you order. there’s no McDonald’s who gives you a courtesy cup of pop with your meals but this McDonald’s I know the owner should really talk to management unless management is owner. It’s a young lady with a nappy head who’s always rude and going very fast and leaving things out of your bag. I would love to talk to the owner. I’ve took a picture of this young lady. I’m trying to see if I should put her on social media to see if anyone else is having the same problem but I think this McDonald’s should close now that’s how bad it is awful McDonald Woodward and eight MileThey tried to charge me six dollars for a meal. That was five they tell you you cannot upgrade what kind of McDonald’s is this for real? There’s only one chief there and it’s the nappy headed young lady. The managers cannot control her at all.

They don’t open when they are supposed to be open, their food is not always made right and sometimes don’t even have what is on the menu. There are always people sleeping in the dining room and causing a disturbance. I don’t recommend going there unless you are used to disappointment and not being satisfied.

Staff is not very professional and doesn’t seem to care to keep you waiting and wondering when your meal is going to be ready. Check to make sure that they give you condiments as you have to ask for ketchup and ect because they won’t be in the bad otherwise

Ordered online, it asked me if I wanted counter or drive through, I chose counter. Go in – they refused to serve me and another mobile order and told us to go through drive through – which was long. The sandwich Ordered was cold by thr time I got it – i Ordered a coke and they gave me dr. Pepper…… never ordering from here again.

I was there the other day and I had ordered some pies. The first time I had them it was old so I politely asked the guy manager to cook some fresh pies and I told him that I don’t mind waiting so a few minutes went by somehow the “fresh” pies was up so the female manager gave me the pies. I checked the pies and I noticed it was the same pies that I had before and it was warm as if they had put them in the microwave. I went back into the store and I kept calm because I used to work at McDonald’s for almost 4 years so I know the experience of working at fast food. Third time I went in and I noticed they was avoiding me on purpose because they see that I was getting frustrated about the pies and 10 minutes had went by, the female manager had came I told her that they had gave me the same pies and they wasn’t fresh so I had to repeat my request that I wanted fresh pies and I don’t mind waiting because I know the pies cook about 13-15minutes and they still gave me the same pies. It was very unprofessional and I understand if they had a bad day but if I’m paying for my food, I should be able to request how I want my order to be made in the first place especially when I’m being respectful towards the workers.

This is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! It starts at the drive through, no customers service manners and the food presentation was disgusting and very disrespectful! Would have returned to show them and discuss the matter, but had to return to work.
