Food was hot and great; lacking service. Order taker was spot on & pleasant; waited 3 minutes for food. Starting timing & another 5 min went by. Got hot food without any napkins, Coke was half full of ice when asked for light ice, & at least say ‘sorry for the wait’ when giving food. It’s the little things.

Drive thru, after leaving we realized there was something missing so wife called and informed them and asked if they could run it out to us and was told they were very busy and it would be 5 to 10 mins b4 someone could do that and suggested we wait thru drive thru behind another 15 cars. We said if we do that then we need our entire order replaced because it would be cold by that time, manager then pauses and said someone will bring out shortly and hung up. Very poor customer service for a mistake they made. Wife also called in to 800 number and has not been contacted after 4 or 5 days now.

First, a/c broken in the seating area (2nd time in as many months). Ordered lite ice drink and was half ice. Waited solid 10 minutes for food. They ran out of clean trays. Out of buffalo ranch sauce. I had to ask for catsup for my fries. Want 4 or 5 stars? Get more help + smile more in your face and words!

If I could give a negative number I would. We were ignored at their counter so moved to a kiosk which locked up and it was several minutes before help came while others arriving after us were quickly helped at the counter. Manager was not in site or ignored the situation. Nearly 20 minutes later we asked for our money back. The counter person said it was only 17 minutes. Still too long for an order when people arriving after were fulfilled. Never will go back there!

Amazing experience I had at this McDonald’s I order a $5 meal and had a respectful young man take my order Steven handed me my order with respect and care. The food was fresh and the service was amazing thank you to Steven and his crew. Keep up the awesome hard work and dedication that you guys give. Oh and also the coke was fresh. Best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Oh, and another thing, please don’t listen to all these other negative comments. People just complain too much in their life.

Long line at drive thru so I went inside. Placed a mobile order on my phone and was having trouble paying. The kiosk in store wasn’t working either. Waited for over 10 minutes at register for assistance and was never acknowledged. Finally walked out empty handed and called corporate. Worst experience ever.

Twice at this location I used the app to do mobile ordering. Twice I sat in my spot for 10 minutes waiting, only to have to walk inside and get my own order. Kinda defeats the purpose of curbside.

i got a delivery order and not only did it take over 20 minutes longer than expected but the driver said the customer service was terrible to the point one of the managers yelled at him and they hadn’t even started making the order by the estimated delivery time. this is unacceptable especially when you’re paying almost $30 for an order
