Great vibes when you come into this place and they make a damn fine cocktail. The bathroom is shared with the Pedal Haus so be prepared to walk a bit. They don’t believe in drowning your sushi in wasabi and soy sauce so I appreciated that. However, the sushi wasn’t that great or enough to fill you up for what you’re paying. Nice addition to downtown Phoenix though.

The food was amazing! Quite literally some of the freshest, tastiest, and well curated rolls and sashimi I have ever had here in Phoenix. The quality is comparable to some of the highly rated omakase Michelin star restaurants in LA. Also… try the Wagyu roll you will not be disappointed. I paid $145 for two people but I happened to have ordered a lot of rolls and sashimi and we had alcohol also. 1000% worth it. I recommend the gold omakase (every single thing on the plate was incredible). PYT was amazing as well!

This place rocks me to my core. Exquisitely crafted, sushi. Amazing selection of Japanese whiskey and sake in the heart of Roro. Happy hour deals take the sting out of the bill, but STAY, STAY because it’s all worth it!

Thoroughly enamored by the ambiance and exquisite libations, I celebrated my birthday at this distinguished establishment, unaware that such a refined locale could be found in AZ. Their sushi was an absolute delight, striking a delicate balance between price and quality. The tasteful decor and captivating atmosphere contributed to the overall allure, rendering it an irresistible dining experience. I eagerly anticipate returning, particularly to indulge in their enticing happy hour offerings when famished. In essence, this establishment presents itself as the ideal destination for those who have already savored a fine meal and seek an elegant environment to enjoy a sophisticated beverage.

This place was so nice!! Food was really good even though I found it a little pricey. The sushi is more traditional compared to today’s sushi places, so if you like your sushi with a lot of “stuff” in it this might not be the place for you. I absolutely love the traditional sushi so I loved it!The staff was very friendly and seem to enjoy their job since you can tell they all get along and help each other out. They also know their menu very well. I would definitely recommend this place!!

Great find. This place was an absolute gem. If you are looking for a finer sushi experience these guys won’t disappoint. Ask for Adam. This sushi chef knows his stuff and will guide you to the freshest catch of the day. Superb… like I experienced in Japan.

Sake Haus sushi is top notch, amazing flavor and balance all the way through. I had an old fashioned and for food I had the Shogun Roll and Ryujin roll and then moved on to the nigiri; seared yellowfin, seared salmon, and kelp infused whitefish. Everything was excellent, this has been my favorite sushi in the valley so far!

I can’t say enough good things about Sake Haus. My husband and I went here for a sake tasting. We learned so much and the food is just amazing. Arizona sake is my favorite and the manager, Kim, walked us through each course.
