The falafel bowl from SAJJ is amazing – with all the toppings and spicy garlic sauce, the bowl is flavourful yet still healthy. The ingredients taste so fresh – a must-go for vegetarians and vegans.

We stopped by for a quick bite and were promptly greeted by the staff. Being our first time they assisted us with ordering suggestions. Everything was delicious and the portions were more than enough. I was impressed by the use of fresh ingredients. They also offered us a complimentary cup of lentil soup with our order. The restaurant is well kept and there was plenty of seating when we visited the location.

Treat yourself to an amazing, fat and juicy falafel wrap full of all kinds of goodness at Sajj. I’ve been going around the city in search of a lavash falafel wrap, and while the ones at North beach gyros, pharaoh’s and others have been quite good (and you can’t go wrong with the pita ones at sababa down the street from here), Sajj truly fulfilled my craving. I opted for the Sajj wrap and went half hummus-half tzatziki, fantastic decision making on my part.

If I were to describe Sajj Mediterranean in three words it would have to be fresh, aromatic, and rejuvenating! I know that rejuvenating might be a strange word to describe food with but hear me out.

OMG best food I had all week in the fidi! Felt fresh and love the concept of a dyi middle eastern place! I was able to put so many veggies on my bowl 🙂 I loved the music and vibe. Outside area is cute. Prices are decent and love the compostable bowls 🙂

Delicious and nutritious and not a price gouger like a lot of places around here. Highly recommended from someone (local) I trust and now by me. I’ll go back many times.

I ordered through the grubhub app for pickup. After almost an hour the order was not completed through the app. I finally just walked down to the restaurant to see if it was ready and it looked like it had been done for quite awhile. Turns out I was right because when I ate the food it was pretty darn cold.

I don’t recommend ordering delivery. While the dishes at SAJJ are healthy and a great quality, on 3 different occasions the delivery person either left the food on the ground on the street, spilled the food, or was rude. When I finally called SAJJ, they said it wasn’t their problem. Upsetting because you order on their website so there is no way of communicating with the delivery company.
