This was our 2nd time eating here. I liked the food better this time but after our server brought our food, he did not check back with us. We decided to order another set of spring rolls and I had to send my niece over to him to ask him to place the order. We both had pho, mine had quail eggs, shrimp and meat. The broth in it was delicious. The spring rolls were good as well. My niece loves pho so we like having that option when we visit Garden City.

I ordered a number 6 and a number 23, the soups that were $8.99 a piece online, i got charged $29.40 for carry out. I told the kid that took my order, why i was over charged, he said prices went up. Why haven’t they been updated online if they did? Plus portions i recived were alittle on the skimpy side

I completely agree with “Animation And Stuff”—5 stars in Garden City! The banh mi, bun bo hue, hu tieu Saigon, and mi xao don were outstanding. Definitely coming back. Super fresh and large portions.

The authentic Bun Bo Hue (#12 in the menu) made me like home. The sauce for eggrolls was delicious. Nice place to try Vietnamese food.

You might be thinking, “it’s Kansas! You can’t get 5 star Vietnamese food in Kansas”. Well, your wrong. Saigon’s corner is a cute place in Garden City, Kansas that has all sorts of Vietnamese food. When the spring rolls came out, the lady told us the it was the first time the person in the back had made spring rolls. When I took a bite into it, I didn’t believe her. The noodles were great and had a combination of different flavors.

I had the number 8 with brisket and it was delicious! You don’t have to add the toppings. They bring them on a side dish so its optional.

Dirty and sticky floor all over the restaurant, the tables and chairs. Food is just salty and not authentic.
Service was terrible at the end. They ignored just trying to wait patiently to pay and had an angry attitude toward something else that shows in front of me.

A warning for the germ-conscious, especially in the covid-era, their silverware is not individually wrapped but stored in dusty organizers at each table. A warning for the culinary noobs (like me) and the 4-14% of the population genetically predisposed to think cilantro tastes like soap, Vietnamese cuisine uses cilantro as a garnish on many dishes. A warning for the sensory-sensitive, the tvs are loud. Those caveats aside, the food is great! The portions are big! The spring rolls are friggin tasty!

I love getting Pho here! It’s so good and affordable. If there’s anything I could change is how extremely quiet it is, but that’s just my opinion. Aside from that, it’s perfect!
