Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to! They never make drinks the way they are supposed to with the measuring cups so they never taste right. They just take a cup and put it under, fill it and then ice and serve… no shaking in the shaker or measuring. The workers also tell you that you can’t do the coupons at the register but they never work on mobile at this store. They also turn off a bunch of things on mobile even tho they are no where near out of stoke of that item. The workers will get mouthy with you if you say anything about it or if you say something about your drink being wrong. I’ve worked at Starbucks for three years and those employees would get fired on the spot for how they act.

This location is down right horrible. I live 2 minutes away so have been going here 3-6 times a week for 3 years. It hasn’t improved at all. Coffees will be half full, mobile orders take triple the estimated time, management is always rude, drinks always taste different (assuming due to the revolving door of staff). Nothing is ever done to compensate their mistakes either, even them fixing the mistakes comes with attitude and hesitation. Being so short staff seems to be a l o t of the staffs issues as that’s what they always are complaining about behind the counter.

This place has gone down hill so much in the past month. Every time I order it takes 30-50 minutes and thats with no line at the register (I mobile order) and the girl back there isn’t even making drinks. She takes her time putting things away. Today she didn’t have the lights on until after 6:30am when they are supposed to open at 6am. She didn’t even make my drink right. Whoever traind her needs to retrain her, she is nowhere ready to be left alone let alone open.

I’ve been here twice since the remodel and both times half of my order was made quickly and I waited 20+ minutes on the second half. I submitted an order at 11:26 with an estimated time of 11:35. The order was one hot drink and one iced. The hot drink was finished at 11:45 and the iced drink wasn’t made until I had to ask where it was. My order was complete at several minutes past noon. Nearly 40 minutes to make two drinks. Nevermind that the hot drink sat for 15+ minutes while waiting on the iced one. You can do better Starbucks.

Typically, no issues ordering from here. Lady extremely rude. Was giving customers who ordered way after me their drinks. I waited 20 minutes for my drink for it to come out completely different from what it looks like from any other Starbucks (always get same drink). Lady was rude and threw hands up. Tried to drink it, took like 2 drinks. Ended up just returning the drink. Not worth my money nor time for it be remade. Lady did at least offer cake pop for trouble.

This starbucks used to be gas last year. Recently, the drinks have been made so incredibly mid. About a month ago they got my order completely wrong and the lady who was in front of me received the wrong size. When she told a worker and asked for the size she paid for, they tried fighting her on it. Today I got two different breads. When got it, one of them was still in the plastic wrapper and shoved into the paper bag. The costumer service awful. The workers are always gossiping instead of doing their job and they aren’t very friendly. This is actually the worst starbucks i’ve ever been to in my entire life and I would rather drive the extra 20 minutes to go to the florence starbucks. Truly, I avoid this place at all costs.

For this being a nice add on to kroger, I have NEVER in my life seen workers move so slow to make a cup of coffee in my life. Rhe girls that work there have a line on both sides and move so slow to make coffee and take orders and are more interested in gossiping with one another than getting the orders made. You should not have to wait 15 minutes to get 1 cup of coffee. You 3 girls working at the same time and they just could not get coordinated enough to get the orders made quickly. I watched other customers who are in just as much a rush as I am waiting impatiently to get their order so they can go about their day. Every Starbucks I have been to either it be stand alone or in a grocery store moves with ease and quickness to get the order out ad quickly as possible but these girls do not care enough about the customers and their lives to move it fast enough. After waiting 10 minutes to get my order then another 10 to make it I spent 20 minutes just getting my coffee. Definitely not worth my 7 dollars or recommend to anyone else. Worst starbucks I’ve been to in my life.
