Wow rating continues to plummet, been going here since they were in the basement of Richardson Mall mid 90’s..the owner continues to be unprofessional and rude to certain customers. Food is usually good but service really need improvement..once she wouldn’t let my 6 year daughter use the bathroom until I actually paid for my meal..lady I’ve been supporting you for almost 30 years really!!!

Called to order lunch and found the staff incredibly rude. I just moved in across the street and they could have had a regular customer out of me. They also don’t accept cards apparently, only cash. The woman on the phone barely let me get a word in edge-wise. I was calling placing an order for two people and she assumed I was placing an order for one person and trying to substitute things to make one meal, but she wasn’t really listening to me before cutting me off and going on about how they don’t do this and don’t do that and how my food will be expensive. Needless to say, I will find another restaurant within walking distance to frequent where the staff are friendlier.

Went there 25 years ago when I used to work downtown. I have been chasing the taste of their sesame chicken ever since, no one does it as good. The food always comes out piping hot, and the chicken is so crispy and flavorful. My absolute favorite for American Chinese

Worse Chinese food ever had. This is a picture of the spare ribs , taste like nothing. She was rude on , aside from that the food taste so bad. They only accept cash , no refunds. Please don’t go here

Saigon has been a downtown treasure for years. Which proves they continue to bring us good food. The hot & spicy chicken is the go to meal. There are other choices as well for all ranges of diets. Lunch time they keep the food fresh, hot and coming. Open kitchen so you can see it for yourself.

Pretty decent Chinese American food with prices that are appropriate for the area. They offer lunch specials and seem to prepare things as they are ordered. They’ve managed to stay open during covid, so kudos to them. I go here about twice a month and they stay pretty consistent.

Went on my lunch break, ordered Gen. Tso chicken lunch special. The taste was great, one of the only places that doesn’t include a drink with the lunch special and that it still cost about 15 dollars. Other than the cost, Saigon was a home run.
