From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by a warm and skilled staff that makes the experience feel personal. The pastries are fresh and flavorful, and my latte was spot-on — rich, smooth and just what I needed. What really sets this place apart is the variety: not only do they serve great coffee and tea, but they also have kombucha, local beer, sauces, containers, and even some selections of Wisconsin cheese.
There is outdoor seating, making it easy to relax and enjoy the fresh air, and there’s plenty of parking right nearby so it’s never a hassle to stop in.

Nice coffee house , tasty baked items and a delicious breakfast sandwich served on a bagel. Lunch appears to be an artisan grilled cheese. It’s modern inside tastefully decorated (the light and fan fixtures are amazing!)with a dose of Christian ✝️ . The staff was friendly and coffee delicious . This place exceeded my expectations. .

By far and away the best espresso drinks in this part of Northern Wisconsin! Every member of the staff pulls great shots. While the coffee is the main focus, they also have a nice selection of tasty baked goods and sandwiches for a light lunch. If you are near Boulder Junction it is well worth the visit.

July 2024 Update – We just finished our third trip to Boulder Junction in the past 4 years. I’m happy to report the Boulder Junction Coffee Company is as great as ever. Their drinks are top notch. We stopped by almost every day for a mocha, iced mocha, hot chocolate, and other drinks. The demand is so good that there can be a line on holidays and weekends. Be patient. The staff moves very efficiently and it is worth the wait. I’m happy to see this North Woods business doing so well.
2020 Post: This is a great coffee shop! We visited the area for a week and I stopped by every morning for coffee. They have great coffee, amazing hand-crafted espresso beverages, and the staff is fantastic. It is the quintessential North Woods Coffee Shop! My kids also report that The Boulder Junction Coffee Company makes the best hot chocolate. If you are in the area, make sure to stop by and give them a try.

Boulder Junction Coffee Company is a lovely coffee house serving Colectivo coffee. My mocha was delicious, as was the blueberry cheese danish I ordered. The staff was very friendly. I look forward to visiting again!

Very friendly, and efficient Coffee House in Boulder Junction. Stop to get a couple coffees to go as we were passing through, they were pretty busy on a Saturday morning, but moved very quickly. Drinks were great! Ended up getting an iced white chocolate mocha and it was very good. Would definitely stop back again if we were in the area.

cozy coffee shop with a great vibe. baristas were so friendly. they had oat milk as a dairy alternative and I’m so glad they didn’t have almond milk so it’s friendly for those with nut allergies! can’t wait to come back and enjoy the atmosphere.
