The experiences I’ve had here have been consistently great. Whether it’s lunch rush or right at open, the staff is pleasant and working as quickly as possible, and the drinks are good.

Very clean and streamlined atmosphere and the store was quiet! Nice vibe. The server was nothing extraordinary, just took the order. That’s nothing negative though. The drinks were pretty bad actually, with my pumpkin spice latte having little to no pumpkin flavoring. Overall a pretty nice store though.

This is the busiest Starbucks and yet one person is running the Mastrena…you have 2, use both instead of crowds waiting for 15 + minutes. Staff is great, but management needs to handle the volume better.

I was having trouble getting the app to allow me to add a payment type and missed the cutoff for happy hour ordering. The barista I spoke to in regards to my predicament, Ellen, was extremely understanding and gave me a gift card to ease the loss of a great discount. The staff was polite, friendly and welcoming. The drinks we ordered were delish and refreshing. It was a very positive experience and we will definitely be visiting this location again. Thank you!

First they charged me wrong $,
then they gave me my hot drink when it was cold, and they got upset and made it cold,
I asked if it was decaf and they said no,
then they made my drink again for the third time,
I will not return to this location.
