Sage offers very decent French dining. The food is fairly consistent offering everything from lamb shank to scallops. The crispy duck is also consistent and generally tasty.
I found the server staff to be pleasant and attentive, although I was there on a very quiet night. Sage has some wines that pair well with the food. With all the pizza, Italian, Thai and other options nearby this is a great place to immerse yourself in a French bistro in a nice atmosphere. The outside dining on a nice night is perfect.

We took a friend there for her 96th birthday! Everyone in the restaurant was so kind, including the other patrons, except the server! He was so impatient with her about ordering. Not understanding that she has a hard time seeing the menu and she had questions. Then her order came back wrong but she was too ice to say anything about it! Mine was good , but the service was really not what we expected. We waited at least 10 minutes before even offered a glass of wine.

This place has very tasty food. The calamari was my favorite! Their sauce tasted just like a sauce my Italian grandma used to make. Very fresh! Server was really sweet. This place has a special during the week that is to take advantage of. Great selection of wines. Plenty of parking.

Where to begin? Let’s start with the home made pate. It’s made of a combination of duck and chicken liver and it is absolutely delicious. Next was the grilled octopus. Grilled perfectly, this dish works well combining everything in one bite or just swirling the octopus in the oil by itself. Finished with the peppercorn filet mignon. The filet was grilled to a perfect medium tare and it was melt in your mouth delicious. The accompanying peppercorn sauce was fabulous. The veggies were great, however the roasted potatoes were nothing special. After all this food i was too full for dessert. Will definately be going back, and i do recommend you try.

The food was decent. We ordered roasted duck and meatloaf. The roasted duck was great. The meatloaf wasn’t special.
The service was slow. They seemed understaffed. The table next to us wasn’t cleaned the whole time we were there (about 90 mins). Our service was minimal: we ordered, and they brought us food.
What ruined the night was the 20% gratuity charge from the restaurant. Their menu mentioned that they will charged 18% tip for voucher or party of 6-10 and 20% for party over 10. We only had 2 people, and they automatically charged 20% tip for a very basic service.

I have been there in the past and everything was great. Tasty food and nice atmosphere. Not this time, though. We were a large group so they sat us in the back where there is a connecting barn door to the bar/ restaurant next door (same owner). There was a constant draft where we were extremely uncomfortable by the cold breeze. I didn’t expect my hair to blow while eating inside. My food got cold rather quickly due to the draft. I had to constantly get up to close the door and ask the staff to keep closing it. It was an annoying dinner.
