Tonight I ordered my usual burrito bowl online. On this particular night, everybody and their mother wanted Chipotle because it’s clearly the best. The wait was very long, but the workers were still very kind and trying their hardest to get everybody their food. It was quicker to just go through the line, so they kindly let me do so. Even though they were slammed, it did not compromise the quality of the food. It was one heck of a bowl! I am overall very impressed. The workers handled a stressful evening very well.

Just got signed up with the app and everything and they didn’t get my order. I paid for the order, it came out of my bank, and they lost the order. I had to go through a whole over the phone process with their support to get my money back. Really poor experience. The staff at the store acted like they couldn’t be bothered.

BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION! The general manager, Sergio Caminos, is a thief and should be fired. Took my money but then refused to give me my food. Horrible customer service and literally criminal. Be careful if you go here because if the general manager steals money, you can only guess what the regular workers will do.

Went here on break. Got half a serving of everything and they still tried making me pay 11 dollars for a tiny burrito. I used to work at a chipotle and I know what a serving looks like. When I told them this they tried arguing about it. I barely got half a spoon of chicken and when I asked for an actual serving I got 4 extra chunks. This place is great.
