There were 4 of us that came in to eat today for lunch around 11:30 and they weren’t busy. we were never asked if we’d like refills and our glasses were empty and also my son ordered beef livers and they were very burnt (black) he couldn’t eat them but took them home anyway to give to his animals, if they’ll eat them. He gave me one to try and all I could taste was the burnt taste and they were so hard. All the other food we ordered tasted good though.

This restaurant deserves 10 stars. It’s not fancy on the outside, but don’t let that deter you from going there. It is a hidden gem. Wonderful people, food, and atmosphere. Best catfish I ever ate, not to mention the sides (fried okra and hushpuppies)!!! I plan on making a pilgrimage (or two) there, every time I go to the area to visit family! It’s worth the drive, folks!!! P.S. The prices are great too!!!
