I paid for 4 pieces of Kolija Shingara (Liver Samosa), but only received 3 pieces. And one of the Shingaras were snapped. The chicken fried rice was oily and the chicken pieces were hard to find.

I was extremely hesitant to Order since I live in Northern Maryland and it will take at least 2-3 days to get the order worrying if the food will stay fresh. Glad to say, I’m satisfied with the service. Packaging was good and food stayed cool enough to stay fresh. Food quality was great. I orderred Kachhi & Haji Birianis, Chicken lollipop, Chinese Lamb Item, Bihari Kababs, and some Sweets. Alll tasted pretty good. However, hopefully the current packaging works in the summer as well.

Best part about Sagar at home is the quality packaging. It took about 2 days for the food to reach me but the freshness was intact. Solid props for packaging. Taste is Good too. I’d say there is room for improvement to elevate the dishes but for the price and the convenience of delivery You guys are doing a great job. Keep going and improving. Will definitely order again.

First time ordering from Sagar At Home and I am super impressed. We ordered from them on Monday evening and received our package via UPS this morning (Thursday). The packaging is very well done; insulated with 2 frozen ice packets and each item boxed in a tight container. We ordered 2 kinds of fish, shrimp, and 2 kacchi biryani and so far everything tastes so great!! Will definitely order from them again very soon.

I was excited to order food from Sagarathome. Food delivery was late and came after one week. Food wasn’t frozen and was thawed out because of delayed delivery. I had to throw out some food. Biriyani was disgusting and can tell it’s old. Sweets on the other hand was good. I will not order again anytime soon.

Excellent packaging and no need to worry about food getting bad due to the time it takes the courier to deliver the food. Regarding taste, it just reminded me of tastes from back home in Bangladesh. It’s authentic and at the same time, it’s so relieving to know that I won’t have to satiate my taste buds with food that has little resemblance to authentic Bangladeshi food. The price is a bit on the higher side, but considering the lower delivery/handling cost (when compared to Grubhub/Ubereats etc), it was worth it for us. We tried Hajji and Kachhi birayani, shutki bhorta, the goat bhuna and the rasamalai. Needless to say, we are very happy we considered Sagarathome. Highly recommend and we will order again in future, that’s a given.

Delivery was good but did not like food. Hajji biriyani has very few pieces of real meat, not like the picture shown in their website photo. Taste is not that awesome too..very regular!
