Called to order. Male who answered was very difficult to understand. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni. He asked if I wanted sauce or cheese sauce. What!? I also ordered a Detroit deep dish pizza with pepperoni. He had to ask me to spell the order name. Daniel. Really?! Once there they made a pretzel crust pizza. Had to wait to get a new one. It was almost raw. The other one had definitely been sitting there for hours. I’m done there. I hope they close.

I’m not ever one to leave reviews, if i could give a 0, I would, but this was absolutely horrible!!!! Ill never be ordering here again. We came here at 8pm, pre ordered our pizza around 8:05-8:10 online, we get there and at 8:15 they say it’s being put in the oven. It is not ready until nearly 8:50. My mom goes through drive through to get her order and were told we cannot do that and have to come in. I say fine, okay, because I get it, I work at a food chain place that is similar, though I don’t get the point of having a drive through if you can’t pick up mobiles, and have only at the time order because then we would just be waiting and holding up the line. Then, my mom goes in. They tell her that she had to get the pin number, the employee rolls her eyes, and makes a comment to her coworker about my mom. So, My mom says no problem and goes out to the car to get her phone, when she comes back they then tell her that they actually had her order all along and handed it to her before shooting more looks and muttering. Not to mention, there were others there also waiting forever, some more than 50 minutes, outrageous. This is not the first time we’ve had issues with them. The first time we called, and a dude charged us 10$ extra for having SAUCE and PEPPERONI on our pizza. That is what it said. No, it was not extra add ons. Do not waste your time here. Go to a faster location. Horrid, Id never do this at my job and I think the employees should be better.

Drive-thru is always super awkward here. I don’t want to tip for drive-thru takeout service, and I don’t want you to hand me the credit card scanner in the drive thru….I just want to hand you my credit card so that you can scan it and then you hand me my card back with my pizza and receipt. Pizza is really good though.

Their registers glitched and they said my debit card was not billed even though I showed them the notification on my phone that I was indeed charged. They made me pay cash for my food and that I would be reimbursed for the money that I ultimately paid twice. I was told in a very rude manner that I would receive my refund in 5 to 10 business days. I felt like the school bully shook me down for my lunch money. I would never go back to that particular location as the people immediately treated me like I was trying to steal from them. It was a very embarrassing moment for me. The people that the business owners put at the front line of their operation are the representative of the service they offer. I will spend my money at a place that shows me respect and gratitude for being there.

I’m so disappointed. Me and my boyfriend ordered from here to celebrate our anniversary and have a chill night. We got home to see this. Could you atelast take your time for food people are paying for? Our sauce barely filled. Bread cut so uneven. And breadsticks not even STICK.

Ordered ahead around 145 pm. Went in to grab what was ordered. Order came to 10.06. Gave him a 20 and he did not give me the correct change first. Manager came up and did something on the register and did not give me the remaining change. Then he asks what they owe me? This is not how you handle things and the GM should know this. I get home and this is the stuffed crazy crusy pizza i got. Who ever worked on thursday around 145 pm needs proper training. Disappointed i paid for this and my child wouldnt even eat it it was so bad. Money wasted and ill order from somewhere else next time.

i’d give negative three stars if i could.
so as you can see, we ordered a pretzel crust, pizza sauce pizza. versus what we received. no pretzel crust, no salt for said missing pretzel, no pizza sauce, cheese sauce instead. not to mention TWENTY FIVE minutes late. it took 25 minutes for the wrong pizza. my boyfriend didn’t even wanna go back in cause lord knows how long it would’ve taken to replace and i had my own food already nice and cold in the car. we ordered for 5:15 and didn’t get it until 5:40-5:45ish. also, the pizza was cold when we got it???? not really cold but definitely like it’s been sitting.
now i know places have procedures they have to do but the fact that he got told by a team member that his pizza is ready, then made him punch in a code to a “pizza portal” thing to actually get the pizza is just stupid. just hand us the pizza. again, that might just be procedure, so that comments just for the company itself really. we won’t be returning. that’s for sure.

I don’t typically like to get Little Caesars I’m personally just not a fan. My daughter wanted some of the Italian cheese bread so I was like okay fine we can get it. HUGE mistake! I couldnt believe my eyes when I opened the box! You could literally see through the pizza it was so thin. Burnt, crispy, dry, no cheese are just a few things I’d use to describe this pizza. Absolutely sickening looking wait until you see the pictures. I couldn’t get over the fact that someone actually picked this pizza up, cut it and put it into a box to give to someone to eat. I wouldn’t even feed this to an animal. All around just gross. I will never waste my money here again. I don’t know how this place even gets business selling pizzas like this. You somehow are the official NFL pizza? HOW?!

Went to order some dinner & was totally disrespected and actually called a “Karen” by the so called manager who wouldn’t tell me his name. Was asked to hold on for “one minute” which was actually more like 8 mins, before we even got to put an order in. They got our order wrong and it was only one $14 pizza!! This was only the beginning of the disrespect. Definitely needs improvement on customer service because this so called manager held up the drive thru line & made other customers back up to go inside to get their food. I am NOT the person to ask for more than what I paid for, so to be treated this way, was absolutely appalling! Good luck if you are considering putting an order in at this location, may the peace of the Lord be with you!

Our order was supposed to be ready at 7:40. We arrived at 7:38. My daughter was being told just a few minutes longer. 15 minutes later still waiting for our order. I asked for the manager and I asked her what the issue was and why is our order not ready. Her response was that delays happen and it would be 4 minutes longer. I mentioned to her that we had kids at home waiting for the pizza and her response again was delays happen. Not once did she apologize. Then I asked her for a discount and her response was that she could give me a refund and I could go buy pizza elsewhere. We finally got our order and mentioned to our neighbor about what a terrible experience that was and his response was. He never goes to that location. Everyone he ordered there it has been a disaster He prefers to travel further or order from a different pizza place. I know we are never going there. First and last time. We normally buy domino’s and we have never had a bad experience. I will be sharing this experience with everyone I know.
