Just ordered the spicy ramen and just have to say it is actually a package of nong shim noodles (have had quite a few packages since I was a child so I know the taste, smell, and look very well) with a few slices of green onions and a small piece of pork. $30 for two bowls of ramen that would have cost me $3 at Safeway. Absolutely shady and robbery. You should be ashamed of yourselves. However the people were nice that’s about the best thing about this place. They are also shutting down in a few days at least they won’t be robbing people for much longer. The most disappointing experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. It is also very dirty inside.

Oh yum! Everything was very good. I don’t even like seafood but you better believe I ordered a second round of those California rolls and the staff was very very nice. Good food, very homey Cafe vibes. Don’t expect FAST food. But that’s what McDonald’s is for sit down and have good conversations with a loved one and before you know it you’ve found yourself on an adventure of good ramen and sushi!

Ok great place for food and service. The sushi (sashimi) is fresh and tasty. The teriyaki chicken and the service was just as great. Give them a try! Posting a few pics for your viewing pleasure.

I went here with my mom for lunch. When we arrived shortly after they opened they were already getting busy, but we were still seated and our drink order taken in good time. The atmosphere was pleasant and the wait for our food didn’t feel onerous or overbearing. The sushi shef was visible and it was fun to see him working behind the counter. As this was a special treat, I ordered a sushi boat, and it was a fun presentation. My mom is allergic to fish and ordered the teriyaki tray, and it was beautiful too . My boat came with California rolls, sushi rolls, and two kinds of sashimi, as well as a side of something that I really liked the texture and flavor of. My boat was refreshing and zesty. Mom’s teriyaki came with a side of assorted tempura vegetables that she really enjoyed and a side salad. We very much enjoyed the meal. I also got a bottle of sake and a Japanese beer, which paired very well with the sushi.

By the time we left it was much, much busier, and it seems like every table was full. The parking lot was easy enough to navigate even in mom’s corvette, meaning no speed bumps or large cracks and getting into and out of there was straightforward and easy. This was a very nice experience, with a refreshing meal and a cheerful atmosphere.

I ordered the lunch special with sashimi and Chicken Teriyaki, the portion was very small, probably only had about 1/2 cup of rice. I had to get additional bowl of rice which costed $2. I wouldn’t have been full if I didn’t order extra items.

Let me say …. It’s the best found local place ! Me and my husband loved it …. So we went back the next week . Then we found out the sushi Chef was the same one we new for over 12 years when we were dating. We tend to be loyal to local businesses and don’t set expectations so we aren’t let down . Everything was perfect I say know do too, Covid they like you to place a order when you come in, They provide the menu for you and are helpful . Mr Kim is the sushi guy and believe it or not he will be the reason I share the love . He’s been a know sushi chef in Tucson for years and showed me how to love, enjoy, respect and eat sushi . Please enjoy this place and remember be patient

Place was empty when we showed up other than one other table paying a bill. Took nearly 15 minutes to get our order taken. Ordered Tikka Don and some Uni. The meal arrives in a giant boat plate rather than a bowel as it should. The Tuna was super WARM! Tough and fishy, Not sliced thin enough either to be considered Tikka. I brought the temperature issue to the attention of server and she just shrugged her shoulders, and said ohhh and walked away. Will not come back here EVER. Suggest you do the same unless you want to get sick. FYI: the Uni was watery and clearly a rapid defrost was done to serve it.

I’m not sure if it was an off day or what, because this place has good reviews. However, the crab puffs didn’t have any flavor, the spicy Mayo was just plain Mayo, minus the spicy (sriracha), and the two deep fried rolls I got were not great particularly because all it tasted like was the tempura batter.
