I had a great experience at Applebee’s, and a big part of that was thanks to Erin, the manager. From the moment I walked in, everything was smooth and welcoming. The staff was friendly and attentive, and my food came out hot and exactly as ordered.
Erin was visible on the floor, checking in with guests and making sure everything was running the way it should. It’s always refreshing to see a manager who’s hands-on and genuinely cares about the customer experience. I’ll definitely be back. Great service, great atmosphere, and excellent food!

I’ve always loved this place. Location and food. Our next door place to go for a decent menu. Lots of options. Great bar with tvs.

My experience was horrible at the Woonsocket RI location, we waited over a hour for our food for 1, for 2 my shrimp was under cook, for 3 how do ppl come in 30 mins after us get there food before us very unhappy, I paid the bill and left with the food was to mad to eat there to top it off we get home to eat it and that’s when I found my shrimp under cook. Sorry to say u lost this customer and we went there once a week at that smh poor management in the kitchen.. over 60 bucks down the drain

Just a little note, A/C can sometimes be cranked up. Hard to enjoy your meal when it’s that cold indoors.

Prompt, attentive service and conistently good food at a reasonable price. Kelsie at the bar, as well as everyone here, is always welcoming and friendly. My regular lunch and sometimes dinner spot. Today’s visit included Kelsie, Erin, Tracy, Karen, Janikko, Sabrina, Hope, and Loreli.

Enjoyed the food, the service was great and it was a nice place to relax and catch up with old friends during a nice long lunch. Nice bourbon bacon burger and fries. Easy walk to public transportation and multiple shopping opportunities nearby. Accessible parking right in front of the door but a slight slope to the pavement. Comfortable booths and bar.

Never again i brought my daughter there today. For her birthday u and the was totally rude….didnt help us at with food service or help with the app. My daughter was so hurt and embarrassed on how they talked to us. (My 13y daughter even asked me are they racial profiling us because where the only black people in here. I Said no hunny our waiter is our color don’t say that. She said so dad why ain’t they helping us like everyone else. And shame on the Manager, ERIN SMH NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE

I bring my 80 year old mother here for lunch and it never fails-whether she has her walker or is holding onto me and her oxygen machine-they take us to the furthest away table. Yesterday they dropped the menus at this table long before we got there and ran! At this point my mother was exhausted. Thank god the waitress was amazing and went above and beyond to make it a great meal experience. We only go back because the food and service is good – they just need to learn how to read people and seat them accordingly.
