If you’re craving Lao food, Sabaidee Cafe is the place to go. Everything we ordered was delicious especially the papaya salad, Lao sausages, fried chicken skin, yum sien, and sticky rice.
The restaurant was packed on Sunday afternoon. Heads-up on spice levels: go with mild (level 1) if you can’t handle spicy food even medium is very hot! We ordered a lot, and a table for two was a bit small (lol).
Great food, good service, good atmosphere, and definitely worth a visit.

We enjoyed our dining experience and the food. The wonton filling was sweeter than I’m used to but was still tasty, and the entree portions are bigger than they appear to be in the bowls. Everything was clearly cooked to order with fresh ingredients, and the staff were all friendly and helpful.

We eat here every time we are in Murfreesboro but this last visit has us not wanting to come back. The flavor and quality has gone way down. Took way too long for a take out order and both our papaya and cucumber salad was bitter because they leave the whole squeezed lime in the salad and there is no Lao(crab paste or padek) flavor in it at all. Def lacking flavor and left me regretting getting food from here. Won’t be back especially with the prices we paid.

I was informed that the posted menu prices were not current. I ordered combination pho which was good but nay at a $6 price increase good. I strongly suggest updating prices on the menu prior to the increase going into affect. It was good, but not that good.

Story time. My wife was sick, leaving me in charge of our newborn and family. I called this restaurant and had a detailed conversation about my order. They confirmed everything: the order itself, the price, the estimated wait time, and even told me they would text me when it was ready.
I arrived and waited in my car for 52 minutes. No text. No update. I finally went inside to ask about my order, only to be told they never received it. No ticket. No record. Which means they never even bothered to put it in.
All that time and hassle for absolutely nothing.
What makes this worse is that something very similar happened the time before last. This isn’t a one-off mistake. It’s a pattern. They are disorganized, unprepared, and severely lacking in basic operational competence.
I will never eat at this place again.

Came here on a whim driving back to Chattanooga. I love that it’s woman owned and a local, small business. I’m all about supporting local, woman owned!
This meal was just what I needed – veggie pho! While it wasn’t the best Pho I’ve had, it was big bowl of veggies that was perfect for soothing me after a long drive. I loved the fresh basil, lime wedges and sprouts to add as needed. And there are enough for leftovers.
My partner had the pad Thai and enjoyed it. It was a perfect mix of flavor and the peanuts weren’t too overpowering.
The server we had was so kind and friendly!
We will definitely come back if we’re ever in the area to experience the fresh food they offer. It’s definitely better than the fast, fried food that exists around these parts.

The Pho is to die for. Such a delicious broth. I ordered take out and got sliced beef only with rare beef on the side and it was absolute perfection. The chicken fried rice and tai tea were also amazing. The hostess was so nice and the restaurant is always very clean every time I go.
