Ordered through DoorDash 3 times. Every time has been terrible. They never have the food you order. They will call and change the order but then end up sending other things. And 2 times the patty was burnt. Rude. Food is mediocre.

The food was good but I am very concerned my children and I might have allegedly gotten a stomach bug from here. I walked in and ordered ox-tail with rice, peas and cabbage 24 hours ago and I’ve been running for the toilet all day. I thought it was interesting that the Oxtails and sides where already made but I didn’t think much of it because Oxtails take a long time to cook, but I’m wondering how far ahead the food was made. My stomach is running so bad I can’t even leave my house today. This is my opinion.

Let me start by saying, That the food is okay. If the health department came in there they will shut it down. Too much be going on in that restaurant behind the The counter. You have people in there eating on the prep table. Kids running around like as a playground. You don’t know who was working? Everybody Is eating no one have gloves on No hair nets, It’s just a whole mess. You’ll need to get it together customer service sucks. This used to be my go to spot because that food was good and there service was excellent. Not sure what happened, But you guys need to tighten up.

I will like to start off by saying I’ve been coming to S&S for years referred a lot ppl, used them for a catering work event and traveled the distance just for food even when moved on the other side of town I am basing this review of my few most recent visits as I have not appreciated the customer service I received from the same man that has been there consistently as I visited, in a nutshell bad people skills and horrible customer service I can take y’all cutting back on the meat portions with the jerk chicken but definitely will lose business with having the wrong people serve and take orders. Definitely still feel the food is of quality but bad customer service is where you lose my loyalty.

The food is delicious minus the tons of oil in every dish. They have the best jerk chicken; it’s grill flavored with amazing sauce. The curry chicken & oxtails fall off the bone and are seasoned well. I gave 3 stars because they’re rude, never friendly, and they use enough oil to stroke out a football team

These people are VERY WICKED! They had an order that was already paid for and they did not have the items purchased and the owner got very nasty with me. I WOULD never let someone evil make my food! Watch who you EAT FROM spirit in your food !

Excellent food, they have variety and combinations of carribean flavors. If you like west-indian food the travel is worth it. I travel from NJ , when I am in the area I make it my priority to get to this spot. Listen; this is a back home style shop so you have to accept that they don’t have some of the refinery that other shops might have, however they make up for it in the food taste. Store has brunch opening time, close to 11 in the afternoon. Blessings…
