In the theme of Maui Style Sushi Fusion, we are proud to use high quality organic ingredients, and support local farms. Our menu is mostly gluten-free and completely dairy-free featuring macadamia nut and Tamari based sauces. We also serve Maui Kombucha on tap, ramen bowls, miso soup, teas, and much more. I ordered two of the vegan hand rolls. Unfortunately, there was little flavor and substance (protein) to them, probably because the creator isn’t vegan themselves, and they cost $8 a piece. I heard they have other vegan items on the menu so I’ll be returning to give those a try and update my review accordingly. The ingredients were all fresh, the rice was well done and the seaweed was crispy, but the design of the rolls isn’t suitable or appetizing to vegans.

Everything was delicious! Hand rolls, cucumber salad, miso soup. Great live music! 5-7pm Fri-sat. We timed it to get the music in in gorgeous Haiku weather. As locals we loved it!

The vegetarian Buddha bowl was incredibly delicious— super fresh, lots of greens and whatever sauce they made was fire. They have three picnic tables onsite to eat at. Street parking only. This place gets 3 stars for their ridiculously tiny portions— $18 plus tips and the “bowl” came in a tiny appetizer size container, not even entirely full. We were looking forward to this place so much and the disappointing portion size almost completely negated the taste of the food.

The pics don’t match reality. It’s now very run down and dirty. The “restaurant” was nothing more than a little shed where the girl reheated precooked food. The food was mediocre at best at a ridiculous price. If you are a visitor, STAY AWAY. She made it more than obvious she wanted nothing to do with us. Not rude, but very curt. But when a local came in, her personality completely changed and was all bubbly and sweet. When talking to a local we were staying with, they said they’ve heard the same complaints about her and refused to do business with her as she was the anti-aloha and detests visitors.

Great food truck in a charming town. It’s very popular- there were a few of us waiting right when it opened and it seemed to be pretty packed the whole time we were there. Yummy, pretty bowls that are heavy on the veggies. Generous portions.

Was told we had to try this place while in Hawaii! TRUST, IT DID NOT DISAPOINT(other than a few things I wanted to try were sold out). Get here early!! But get here!!!! Thank You Satori! Mahalo!!!!!

OMG! Just drive there right now. The unagi wraps were amazing. Fresh, perfectly cooked and served with a smile. Great service and atmosphere in this Maui oasis.

Awesome place to eat sushi. Recommended by a local who we met while at Jungle Zipline (Kudos to Sarah)! Ordered the special Unagi & Avocado hand roll, and it was delicious! Also had the spicy tuna hand roll which was really good. The presentation was good, the fish tasted fresh, and the rice & veggies were fresh. The outdoor seating was really comfortable, and also provided shade from the sun. The workers were helpful & pleaseant. If anyone visits this area, this sushi joint is a must!

The spicy tuna roll and the grilled salmon hand roll were SO good! I had the mushroom too, mmmmmm! They made a California roll for my daughter even though it wasn’t on the menu. What a lovely place!
