Horrible horrible customer service! The younger man has a very smart mouth. We placed our order at 12:49pm and were told a 15-18 minute wait. Arrived even later so it would be done, and it was not done. They also won’t make your order until you get here. I will never in my life come back here! He needs to be fired and I’ll be taking this right to corporate. Please get him some training before someone hurts him or worse. I’m used to the lady being here instead and the man that speaks Indian is also polite. The dude with the curly hair and hat needs to be fired before something horrible happens at this restaurant.. incident occurred at 2:10pm on 1/31/2026

It used to be good when the lady was here. The skinny little younger boy with the curly hair and dirty shoes has a smart mouth. If I were the manager he would be fired as he is horrible for business. I usually have a good experience with everyone else. You’re going to lose a lot of customers and continue receiving bad reviews if you don’t get rid of him. Teach him some manners! And the reviews about them wearing AirPods over the food is correct. Unsanitary and he left one employee to sit over there and deal with everything by himself while he disappeared.

The staff was friendly and fast, even during a busy rush. Everything was packed neatly, nothing soggy, and they didn’t forget any sauces (big plus).

Today 1-25-2026 there were two guys around 11:45 am to the afternoon working and one of the guys were totally rude and disgusting with attitudes. The guy who was taking orders at the front and he had a AirPod in his ear got my order wrong and I called it in he gives me my order and I was missing my fries turns out he didn’t hear me correctly on the phone. Maybe if he wasn’t having earbuds in his ear he could hear everybody correctly so I told him what I had ordered and he sitting here with a smirk and laughing like it’s a joke I’m totally disgusted and on top of that another customer comes in and he was waiting for a while and the guy is on the phone right in front of his face taking a order on the phone not once did he acknowledge him and say anything neither one of them no hello how can he help or nothing just awful. I WONT BE BACK.

1) after employee finished bagging my food, the employee had me wait for a couple of minutes at the register while he spoke to his other coworkers (this is poor customer service, why have your customer wait at the register when all you had to do was hand me my bag…the restaurant was not busy and I was the only customer at that time.

Do NOT go here. The worker Jonathan did my order. He acted like my food was coming out of his pay check with how greedy he is. He’s very rude and didn’t make my wings good, my hot honey wings were raw. I’m never coming back to this wingstop ever again.

Terrible customer service . There were a couple of teenagers ordering their food , and an older gentleman after them . I walked in to pick up an online order , I stood their for a few minutes waiting for the older gentleman to finish his order a guy walked in while I was waiting and the cook in the back ask him was he picking up or ordering and never even acknowledged me AT ALL all he did was ask the name . I said twice I am picking up , he gave me my food and didn’t say a word . Mind you when you go into the established they can hear the door .
