Love me some Pizza but better with wings and that’s exactly what they had! Didn’t expect Rusty’s of all places to be this good! Wings are a must to compliment the pizza. And pizza was great too. Just wish there was a bit more cheese. But other than that its worth trying this place out.

Everything was great until we got the chicken. The chicken looked like it had been reheated. So when I went up to let someone know, the girl who helped me with my complaint, went off completely. I told her that the chicken looked old and all they did was dip it back into the oil. It was literally burnt from the inside out. From someone who has worked at a fast food chicken place, I could definitely tell. She started to raise her voice and we went back and forth. I am not sure if she is the manager of this Rusty’s, but if she is, she probably shouldn’t be. To become so hot headed over a complaint, obviously what I was saying was completely true, or they burned the crap out of the chicken. Service is normally pretty great and food is pretty good. But with everything being so expensive, I won’t spend money somewhere that doesn’t care about the food they serve or how they treat people who say something when the food is burnt. I will not be coming here again.

Nice place, most of the games are mediocre though. The is amazing actually, but once I had a bad experience with a lot of flies and one was determined enough to hide in the cheese jar. Which was awful and made me question the cleanliness of their salad bar. Great place. Best wings and pizza.

We order from Rusty’s more often than I’d like to admit but last month a particular order was special! We ordered the usual stuff and before the order was sent out for delivery I received a call from Rusty’s explaining my order was free, yes, FREE! I’m the type to not believe anything in life is free but this pizza was just that, FREE! The whole order was free! Apparently the ownership does a monthly draw for regular customers and BAM, we were that Family! Considering the holidays and economy this was a huge plus, thank you Rusty’s! Hot fresh and FREE pizza was a huge win! Insider hint: try the wedges with their in house Ranch

Went in, right in front of the menu, and saw the worker behind the counter, she said hi. I said “hi, do you serve single slices?” No response….she walked back and forth right in front of me (not going back to make a pizza), then helps someone who walks up after me, on the opposite side of the counter.. Makes no sense. I needed to take my dog to the vet, but my blood sugar was low, so I needed something fast. Never even got a response to a simple question. “Do you serve single slices?” is a simple question that apparently needs training?? Customer service isn’t that hard when the customer has one simple question. I work customer service.

They are so nice here! I am not from this city but my daughter lives here for a little while. We popped into Rusty’s because I love Rusty’s Pizza pretty much everywhere I Go. This is the first time I have ever had the barbecue chicken pizza. It had nuts on it and I know that sounds crazy but it works. It works so well that I have thought of nothing but that pizza ever since. I hope that the owner can find the funds to repaint and remodel just a little bit, but I love the bright open floor plan, the traditional Rusty’s video games, and the self-serve drinks.

I live in a back house. Every time I call for delivery I tell them I live in the back house. Please don’t come into the front house. It’s a completely different family. You can go to the alley my front door and entrance is in the alley or I can meet you in the front. I asked ask them to please call me when they leave or when they arrive. I always explain this three times to them. He said that he would call me when they leave the the restaurant last night. Never received a call and the driver again went to the front house. I will not be getting delivery from these people anymore. There is a very, very poor communication between the person that answers the phone and the delivery driver. This has happenes every time ! Very poor delivery service!

This place has really good downhill. Not just on food quality but customer service as well. Me and the family love Rustys, the convenience of this one being in Lamont was great, but the past several times have been so disappointing. While ordering food, it takes so long to place an order whether it’s on the phone or person. As we eat inside for our alleged time for an order to be ready, there isn’t even a “hi”,” well be right with you.” It’s always a stare and look away. An even more of a wait time.
