Local fast food chain that we had to try while in town. The food reminded me of a mixture of Whataburger and Burger King but with an old-fashioned atmosphere. They write the order down on paper, call it out on the microphone, then type it into the computer.

Excellent milkshakes!! Hot fudge cake and cherry are my recommendations. Food is hit, miss. One day, fried chicken was golden brown and moist the next day it was dark brown and dried. Fries are always a little soggy. Bacon is crispy, I love this. If you dine in, you will grasp the amount of business conducted in a single day. This leads to my burning question as to why the buns are stale? Service is impeccable. It is adorable how the staff calls the orders into microphones. Regardless of my critiques, I will return again and again.

My husband & I eat lunch here every Monday. We usually order the same thing: a double chili burger, no tomatoes, heavy pickles for him & for me it varies(slaw dog, chicken sandwich, chili burger). All of the options are good. All I wanted today was 2 slaw dogs, no onions. What I received, after repeating the order 2x was 2 chili dogs, heavy onions. But we paid for slaw dogs. Rush’s: this is the 2nd time in 5 weeks we’ve had an incorrect order. Everyone has a bad day every now & then, but if Monday is yours, we’ll eat elsewhere.

I definitely recommend going inside rather than through the drive-through. The drive-through is crazy, but the employees inside are very kind. If you’re looking for southern hospitality in your fast food restaurants, this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend the pineapple milkshake. $3 is a bit pricey for a milkshake, but it’s pretty well worth the price. I almost gave it a 4 on the atmosphere, but the drive-through isn’t really their fault, and… it’s also outside.

Great burgers! Give up on the fries and banana splits! They are horrible. The fries are a waste of money with a combo. Get a quality brand of fries. Soft serve does not do well in Banana Splits!! Thanks for the good and quick service!

Actually has workers that are groomed and great at their job!! Food is always made to order and fantastic. Clean bathrooms, which is an indicator of strict management. When I look back into the work areas, they are always spotless!! Love this establishment!!

Chicken filet sandwich and chicken club sandwich tasted like fish and was overcooked. Chicken deluxe sandwich was overly tough. Fries were extremely salty. The worst food I have ever gotten from Rush’s(in over 25 years of eating here). I will stick to the burgers from now on and maybe fewer visits to this restaurant. I am very disappointed because usually this location is very good.

My cheeseburger was extremely dry. The fries were undercooked and floppy. Being Rushes the dining room was busy and full of patrons, but I was able to find a place to sit. After finding my food unacceptable, I tried to return it but the checkout line was long and I had an appointment soon. There was a time when it was a joy to eat here. So sad
