Chicken sandwich
The service was fast and friendly. The burger tasted fresh and comes with standard lettuce, tomato, and onion. The patty was good. It was similar in size to a BK whopper but it doesn’t have that artificial smoke flavor on it. May need some salt but overall tasty.
The fries are great. Crispy outside and soft inside. Salted well.
The meal came with coleslaw and it was really good. If you are a slaw person it has some pickle juice flavor in it. I will probably try the slaw dog next time I am in Columbia.
The chicken sandwich is good. Plain with butter and pickles. Not super crispy but made with real chicken and reminds me a bit of a less flavorful cfa sandwich. It is pretty big. This is a good value for the $5 price.

Chicken was descent but the competition is tough in this area for fried chicken. Didn’t care to much for the “sauced” bbq. Would be better plain with just the smoke flavor and add your sauce later if you wanted it.

Simple mistakes made me rate it low. Friend from Savannah wanted to go here after going 6-7 years ago and remembered how good the burgers were. Welp she didn’t have a good experience this time around. Unfortunately she found hair on her burger(inside the wrapped cheeseburger on top of bun) which wasn’t a problem initially but the remake she got sat in the window too long so the burger was cold when she got it.

I love the Wide drive thru lane and this location should be the model to copy. Rubbing my tires and scratching my rims on concrete curbs for the sake of a pretty landscape (bushes flower bed) in a narrow lane is outrageous.

Local fast food chain that we had to try while in town. The food reminded me of a mixture of Whataburger and Burger King but with an old-fashioned atmosphere. They write the order down on paper, call it out on the microphone, then type it into the computer.
While the burger patties are a good wide size they were a little dry. The Jr. Double is a good size and has less bread. The chicken club was the best with a thicccc piece of chicken and tasted good with the coleslaw. The slaw dog was pretty small but would be good with other sides. Fries were dry. The hotchocolate was good and not too hot. Great prices, fed 4 for $40. Overall very cute and did enjoy.
