One of my favorite places to dine with my kids!!! The food is always fresh and delicious!! Brian, Dan, Jessica, Tracy and all the staff are incredibly welcoming and kind. I’ve done severel catering orders and they are always crowd pleasers!! I feel like when I’m here I’m family!! Jessica in the dining room is a total delight to talk to!! She makes sure drinks are refreshed, always is willing to clear a table and always super helpful!! My kids love going here just to see her! Dan is also outstanding in his customer service and kindness. Great place to dine! Keep up the great work Chick Fil A Commack!!!!

I recently visited Commack Road and ordered the Spicy Chicken Meal, and I must say, it was an excellent experience from start to finish!
The spicy chicken was cooked to perfection—crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, with just the right level of heat that kept me coming back for more. The seasoning was flavorful and well-balanced, and the sides complemented the meal perfectly.
What really stood out, though, was the customer service. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm smile, and they went out of their way to ensure that everything was just right. The food came out hot and fresh, and they even checked on us during the meal to make sure we were satisfied.
The overall atmosphere of the place was clean and welcoming, making it a great spot for a quick bite or a casual meal with friends or family. If you’re a fan of spicy chicken and great customer service, I highly recommend giving Commack Road a visit. We’ll definitely be back!

Staff is always courteous, and ready to assist you from the moment you walk in, until are w a out. The eatery is clean and well lit, including the mens room. I can’t comment on the ladies room of course. The food is wide and varied, the the v focus purely on chicken. This eatery is always packed and full. Whether he er it’s dine in or Uber eats pickup.

I continue to be amazed by the efficiency of how this place operates. Lines are always long but they move and it’s not a long wait. Staff is always nice and thy always get my orders correct. Definitely one of the best fast food places.

So I typically will not eat at fast food chains BUT I will if its before 10am and I pass a Chick-fil-A because the chicken biscuit sandwhich is DELICIOUS. Not a fan of the long drive thru line but for that sandwhich I will deal or head inside to order where there is usally no line. Pro tip: Ask for honey and jelly to complete the chicken biscuit sandwhich perfection

A $60 order for my family which was not fulfilled properly, has been corrected by a manager at this location on 08/04. She was very sweet, very considerate, and helped me through everything. While still upset over what I found in my food, she has made it up by offering compensation for it.

Friendliest Chick-fil-A location that we have ever visited. Over a 20 minute lunch break, we saw the team walk around and ask everyone “how’s your meal” and “is everything okay” three times. That’s amazing training.
