Mesquite is a wonderful place to grab some food. They are open 24 hrs, which makes for a convenient time to eat anytime you are in need. They have some great options when ordering. The tacos are wonderful and the brekfast burritos are worth checking out. If a chace occurs, the Mangonada is well worth a try!

Stopped by Mesquite Fresh Street Mex for lunch and it was solid overall. The outdoor patio is a nice touch — plenty of shaded seating and clean tables, perfect for a quick bite on a sunny day. Order at the window and don’t forget to press the button for service. Parking is plentiful.
I ordered a chicken bowl, which came loaded with rice, grilled chicken, pico de gallo, and fresh lime. The flavor was good, though the chicken could’ve used a little more seasoning or char for depth. Portions were generous, and the salsas had great flavor.
Ordering was easy, and food came out quickly.

I stopped by for a burrito because I was in the area and had skipped breakfast. You never really know how it’s going to be when you choose a random taqueria just because it’s the closest thing to you, but I was pleasantly surprised that the service from the counter was friendly and courteous, and my burrito was great! Good size with ingredients that were clearly fresh. I wanted to order a second one just to savor it.
Seating is all outdoors and the pigeons aren’t shy about landing on your table. I like birds and thought it was entertaining 🙂 my daughter would have loved it.

Was craving Tacos and stumbled on this place. Is a walk/driveup with some outside seating. Tacos were excellent. I had one beef, one chicken, one pork and all were good.
Service? Though traffic was slow, They forgot my drink chips and salsa, and it took forever. My guess is they prioritize drive through over walkup. It was good and is going again.

Inconsistent food quality and poor customer service
I’ve been going to this restaurant for quite some time now, and every time I go, the food quality and quantity are off. It feels like they don’t have their menu items standardized, which means the portions and quality vary depending on who’s working.
Last night, the food was stale. I asked for two green sauces and received one green and one red. I specifically asked for my bowl to be made a certain way, and I still received a poorly made bowl with old food. It’s a hit or miss going to this location. One minute everything is fine, the next it’s not.
Is it worth coming back only to take a gamble? I don’t think so. I believe it’s time to find another restaurant that can at least offer consistent, quality food. At this price point, I shouldn’t have to beg for quality. It should already be provided.

Being from California I had never tried this place. I ordered 3 tacos de birria and a Jamaica. After I ordered I noticed a sign that see free rice and beans when you buy 3 tacos. The gal said she didn’t know and would ask her boss!! She never came back to the window so I asked what happened when I saw her again and she said she was making me a plate. Food was good for the price but they should know their menu and offerings better.

Usually this place is awesome. However the last 2 times I went there was no guacamole on my burritos. Usually I would say no big deal but I ordered a veggie burrito which comes with guac. I’m a vegetarian, guac is a big part of the meal for me. Am I disappointed, yes. Mesquite has 1 more time to get things right if not then I’ll be going elsewhere.

Food was fine and a good deal. They seemed to struggle with a simple order and even after being told multiple times at the board and window no tomato/pico, my tacos were covered in tomato and I had to pick them apart. Doubt I’ll be back.

Very good street tacos! The environment is street style but the tacos are yummy style! Love the fresh cooked steak Tacos, so delicious! Would like to come back and try something new!
The service was very nice and friendly too! She helped me order the exact things I want. The price is nice, reasonable with good quality food! So much better than C’s and ’s!
