Runza Restaurants Serving real food requires a real commitment. It all begins bright and early each morning. Instead of serving breakfast, we’re making homemade bread dough from scratch. We’re hand-slicing onions. We’re shredding lettuce for our salads. We’re stirring up homemade chili and fresh ground beef filling for Runza® Sandwiches. It’s a labor-intensive process that doesn’t let up until long after closing time. We know there are easier ways to do all this, but our commitment to doing things the right way is as real as our food, and that’s not something we’re going to change.

My visit didn’t meet expectations. The ice cream cone was $2.39 for a small portion, and I recently noticed them weighing the ice cream portion. The picture shows about three tiers, but what I received was barely two and smaller than a kid portion.
The Swiss mushroom Runza is usually one of my favorites had clearly been sitting for a while and extra greasy. The upgraded fry Onion ring combo came with a hair, which was promptly replaced, but it didn’t help the overall experience.

Has to be the worst Runza I have been to. The food always seems like it was made hours ago. The service was not too great and wait times really slow for fast food.

I politely asked for fresh made fries because it seems like every time I go to this location and get fries, I get them old and burned. The lady said “we only serve fresh fries.” The fried I got were definitely not fresh and barely filled the cup lol I mean seriously?! Why is it hard for them to make fresh fries? Rudeeeeeee

I always visit when I come from iowa i will find a new location. The blueberry lemon shake was all syrup was asked to remake to another flavor staff acted like it was an inconvenience as a GM myself unacceptable and also my ranch wrap was cold definitely will find a better location..it used to be my favorite but went down hill

Got here over ten minutes ago was told there is a wait on chicken, they parked me, not a single car has come through the drive thru. I’m still sitting here, got my food after being parked for over ten minutes alone. Maybe it takes longer to make chicken here than everywhere else

The gal at the drive up window was super sweet and seen my sweet pup with me. She gave her an ice cream pup cup, which I didn’t know Runza did! Made our day! The chili was yummy too.

Food was pretty good but the staff was trying to rush us out, they kept cleaning tables around us that looked clean and even re cleaned some of them a few times while we ate and to top it off even asked if we minded if they vacuumed while we were eating and it was only 7:30pm so it’s not like they were about to close.
